The grandeur of the entrance makes you feel like you have stepped into a special and the experience doesn't stop, it gets better. This resort just kept surprising with what it had to offer. It was full of greenery, peaceful and tranquil. The reception team were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We had a ground floor cottage for three people. Room and all areas - hallway, bathroom was large and spacious with an added garden/balcony area with swing seating. For the third adult there was folding bed with a luxurious thick mattress. The shower in the bathroom was powerful and felt like a spa shower. The service level by all staff from the guards, housekeeping, reception and restaurant, could not be faulted and was to an extremely high standard and comparable to the service of the best hotels in India. My highlights for the resort was the greenery, the scene from the Mahabharata and the mandir. Highly recommend a staying at this resort and I look forward to returning for a longer stay.

The hotel is amazing! I really recommend it and the service here is amazing!!! The staff is very friendly and very helpful they really do their best to help you with any request you ask them. The rooms are in in really good condition and the beds are incredible!

We had booked five rooms at the hotel, and our stay was very comfortable. The staff was energetic and happy, making our experience even better. A special thanks to Anand, Priya, Ezaz, Amardeep, and Manisha from the restaurant—they were amazing. The Front Office Manager was very welcoming, and the Banquet Manager was always smiling. Sakshi at the reception was polite and made sure to check on every guest about their stay. The breakfast spread was clean and well-prepared. I especially loved the chilla and the fresh coconut chutney—it had a natural sweetness that was just perfect. Bell Captain Santosh was always smiling and ready to help. The view from our rooms was beautiful, overlooking a clean lake filled with fish—it was truly relaxing to watch. Overall, we loved our stay. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and made our experience wonderful.

My family is very happy to staying in regency lagoon the food is good and healthy I really like the resort and the place is too much good I love the views my children have enjoyed the playing zoon the service is very humble and good they have always smiling face thanks for treating as a family I hope we will come back.

Rooms were really clean. Food was nice. Services were excellent. Location of the room and view was really really good with lagoon facing room. Breakfast buffet had so many different options to choose from. Overall, one of the best stays we ever had.

Regency lagoon resort I have stay here first time it was wonderful and amazing nature Quality of food was awesome helpful ill just rates 5star really like the welcoming process by doing aarti tika by front desk staff always great greater greatest
