Location is good and rooms are spacious. It looks great place for a homstay but maintenance is zero. Everything is falling apart. From fan regulator to bathroom taps everything is broken and comes in hand. The lighting is very poor. The room seems dark during the evenings. Cleanliness is ok.

We didn't stay there. We were obliged to find another hotel in the middle of the night. This hotel was sooo dirty. . We are waiting for our refund from make my trip for all bookings we did at this hotel

We booked many rooms, first checking was on 3thd january late night, the room was so dirty, everything was dirty, bed, bed linens, floor, toilet, towels. We were obliged to leave the hotel in middle of the night and went in another hotel. The worst experience !

Room maintenance is poor
toen cushions, hot water not available in the evening, no amenities as it's a home stay. Not recommended for family
not kids friendly (especially i'd you are travel-ling with small kid (s. Management is very money minded and may not refund is you would like to cancel for above reasons. Service of support staffs is not an issue but rest everything is not upto the standards.

Awesome location. Unclean bathroom. Good beds. Set top box did not work. Receptionist and staff not as good care takers. If u r 4, they have an awesome room. If u r 2, i would avoid this except if i want to walk around race course road at night and enjoy local street food
