The Imperial Palace is one of the oldest five star hotel in Rajkot. I have been staying in this property from last 7 years. I really liked the the ambiance of the hotel. Mr. Pranay Thakkar has always been very humble and cooperative. The Rooms are spacious, neat & clean. the kind of amenities they provide is very nice. The buffet Breakfast was good

FOOD AND HOSPITALITY IS VERY GOOD. OVER ALL I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.I WILL LIKE TO COME BACK AGAIN HERE WHEN EVER I GOT A CHANCE. SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT THE RECEPTION AND AT THE RESTAURANT IS EXTREMELY VERY GOOD. ROOM SERVICE IS ALSO VERY NICE.

Elegant environment, good location, family travel, travel, business preferred hotel. The breakfast is rich, suitable for both young and old, and my two treasures are very much liked. Come back next time.

Rooms were really clean. Food was nice. Services were excellent. Location of the room and view was really really good with lagoon facing room. Breakfast buffet had so many different options to choose from. Overall, one of the best stays we ever had.

The fern rajkot is best hotel in terms of their food and service, the best part is its restaurant, the food was fingerlicking and service was very prompt , every server was very hospitable. Tha k the fern for making our stay awesome.

It was a amazing at kk beacon rajkot. I stayed 5 days for my business trip and there is a very amazing location that hotel located heart of the rajkot. Receptionist khushali give e very good room and amazing view. Dinner is a delicious as per the prize. Gujarati thali is very amazing. Staff is very supportive and cooperative. I recommend this Hotel when I visit rajkot

The check in process was very efficient and very quick. The front desk staff were very courteous. The rooms were reasonably sized and the house keeping staff did a very good job with the cleaning. The breakfast spread was very average, the food was average and the service at the breakfast needs big improvement. It was not an issue with the staff, they were all courteous and polite, but it was an issue of capability of the staff. Even though they tried their best and were sincere, it was just not good enough coz they didn't know how to manage the breakfast. Sometimes there was just no staff available if we needed anything and the bread toaster didn't work properly. The room service was very quick and the room service staff were courteous too!
