Explained everything to three different staff. Hussain, various reception staff and your manager Akash Pandey. Issues : Noise from neighbouring room. Shouting, TV and 7 guests in one room! Door key cards not working from day one. Reset 14 times for both of us. Air conditioning not working and wasn't fixed despite complaining. Smoking smells in corridor from other rooms, despite complaining NOTHING happened. Worst experience of a hotel management. Akshay Pandey, should not be a manager, he has no manners or people skills. All he said we will sort it out. Nothing done to resolve my suffering for 3 days. He was suppose to call me after 30 minutes.... He never did! I inquired at the reception and yet he had simply sat in the back office and never came out to explain anything. Absolutely rubbish service and poor quality of services. My professional advisor will investigate the matter with international Hotels Group Authority. Draft out strong case and send it to Media Influencers, Hotel rating authority, Google reviews, Trip Advisor reviews and Mumbai Media channels.

We've stayed at this property numerous times from 2021 - very recently in April-May 2024. The hotel started off really well with all aspects: Hygiene, food options, property maintenance, room facilities. We were very impressed in 2021 and were certain that this would be our go to Hotel in Rajkot for all future visits. Unfortunately our most recent experience wasn't pleasant. The room was dirty, when we checked in our first room: the window was blocked out with some cardboard, the bed was not clean there was hair everywhere. I asked to change the room and the request was accomodated but the rooms in general need to be maintained. The bedding also needs to be kept up to standards. The bathroom taps were flakey (they would work but would be difficult to shut and would need a lot of force otherwise they would just leak the whole day), there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom too. Overall the location of this hotel is perfect but if the property is not maintained then it'll not be somewhere we return. Pretty sad but this is the truth. Requires immediate attention.

Just leaving Hotel Jyoti today. I have had a pleasant stay here. The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you. I have stayed at 5 Star hotels in various counties but this is the first hotel where I had a call to request to come for breakfast half hour before the time is up to ensue that I have had breakfast. We stayed in an Executive room. The bed was very comfortable and the toilet bath were good. They provide towels and dental kit and comb. For the price it a wonderful hotel. Sometimes such hotels have that personal touch that you don’t get at 5 star hotels. Will definitely be back.

What an amazing property to spend your vacation time. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that we stayed at this property. 34 nights in total between Nov 23 and March 24. The Doshi family are running this like a completely family oriented property. The minute you walk in you are pleasantly greeted by the security guards, the reception staff, special thanks to Shakti Bhai snd Bakul Bhai and the bell boys. The rooms and corridor of the hall way are very clean at all times and comfortable to stay in. Rooms are cleaned very well daily. Housekeeping staff is excellent and meet all requests in a timely manner should you need anything like additional towels, toiletries etc. Special thanks to Kunal and his team and the laundry service is excellent all do nicely washed ironed and sent back same day! The quality of food at breakfast, room service and dinner buffet is excellent. Variety is great, tasty food and always kept hot and served and topped up well at all times. The staff in the restaurant are so professional, polite friendly and very hard working always with a smile. Special thanks to Govind Bhai, Raju Bhai, Gagan Bhai and Tej Bhai for constantly looking after us but all staff are excellent Hotel is constantly being cleaned and it is completely like staying at home away from home. Such a friend atmosphere, great positive aura and I would definitely keep going back and highly recommend this beautiful property. Keep up the good work - love coming back to this place

Elegant environment, good location, family travel, travel, business preferred hotel. The breakfast is rich, suitable for both young and old, and my two treasures are very much liked. Come back next time.

The grandeur of the entrance makes you feel like you have stepped into a special and the experience doesn't stop, it gets better. This resort just kept surprising with what it had to offer. It was full of greenery, peaceful and tranquil. The reception team were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We had a ground floor cottage for three people. Room and all areas - hallway, bathroom was large and spacious with an added garden/balcony area with swing seating. For the third adult there was folding bed with a luxurious thick mattress. The shower in the bathroom was powerful and felt like a spa shower. The service level by all staff from the guards, housekeeping, reception and restaurant, could not be faulted and was to an extremely high standard and comparable to the service of the best hotels in India. My highlights for the resort was the greenery, the scene from the Mahabharata and the mandir. Highly recommend a staying at this resort and I look forward to returning for a longer stay.

It is one of the most beautiful properties in the outskirts of rajkot. Quality of food is average. Staff is friendly. Overall it was a great experience staying in ran violas suite.

The fern rajkot is best hotel in terms of their food and service, the best part is its restaurant, the food was fingerlicking and service was very prompt , every server was very hospitable. Tha k the fern for making our stay awesome.
