A most beautiful house with a wonderful decor! Very quiet area. We stayed in the attached, self-catering gîte with views into the countryside. It had everything we needed and was most comfortable. Perfect cleanliness. High chair and cot provided. The sunny garden with pool, is so beautiful, with seats, tables, umbrellas, shower...the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts were most accommodating and we enjoyed an excellent (optional)breakfast. It is situated in a small village which doesn't have any facilities, but nearby is a village with grocery store, bakery, restaurant etc. Parking was easy. Steps up to the gîte entrance could be problematic for someone with impaired mobility.

Ed and Fred are the nicest hosts. They are fluent in French, German, English and Dutch. We arrived past midnight due to a long delay, and they assured us that it was no trouble at all and they were both awake to greet us upon arrival. The communication was swift and effortless through email. The breakfast was splendid with lots of options; homemade smoothies, jam and pastries, but also whole grain bread and cheese. The house was beautiful and our room was spacious and decorated in rural style, but modernised with modern ventilation/heating and electric installations. The bed was the best we had tried in France. Parking was behind the property, no issues. We wished we had booked a few night more and would recommend this place to friends and family.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Logement Onze is located in a tiny village 15 minutes from Narbonne. The village is quiet, but lovely, with not even a shop, but this adds to its charm. You definitely need a car to get around. The B&B has been completely renovated by the owners with all the modern amenities you need. It has been decorated and furnished beautifully, and it has a real charm. The owners, Fred and Ed, make you feel really welcome and it is obvious they really care about their guests. They are really helpful with recommendations about local places to visit and restaurants to try. They also do a great breakfast. The rooms are cool and have air conditioning and the garden and pool are great for relaxing and sunbathing. We loved our stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Fully deserves all the rave reviews that they are getting. Ed and Fred take care of your every need. Their property is stunning, what an enormous amount of work they’ve done to get it to such a high standard! Beautiful room looking into the neighbouring park. The silence is such a relief after cities and towns. The bed is the comfiest we’ve ever slept in, in fact we now think that we need to upgrade our own. Breakfast is just delicious. There’s a swimming pool in the very peaceful garden too. Thanks Anna we hope to return.

This venue located in a super quiet town, but only 15 minutes from Narbonne. House remodeled, impeccable, and did not disappoint our expectations. Very rich breakfasts, spacious, comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness. The kindness of Ed and Fred is something I highlight and I appreciate them managing to help me with a specific request. Super attentive and empathetic. Excellent hosts. Super recommended place to rest or a romantic evening!

Logement Onze has everything you are looking for if you want to get away from it all. Fantastic renovated place with an eye for detail in everything. A different kind of breakfast every morning with freshly made yogurt and smoothie. Ed and Fred are perfect hosts. You are really pampered and nothing is too much for them. Had an amazing stay. We lacked nothing!

We fell in love with this house as soon as we arrived in the garden. A home like I like, with a past. Having remained abandoned for a long time, it was discovered by Ed and Fred...fell under its spell, they armed themselves with a lot of courage and little by little gave it new splendor. In this house, the work of staging begins at the entrance. Discovery of furniture, antique objects with sometimes a daring mixture or association. A magnificent monumental staircase where you can imagine characters from another century descending the steps while a pianist in the hall plays soft music... Everything is delicacy and refinement! Our hosts are the image of this place. Kindness, discretion, warm welcome....patience (thanks to him) for Fred "assailed" with questions, not out of curiosity, but because this place is attractive. The breakfasts are unforgettable, a real still life! Again look for details in the presentation, and then....delight in what is offered, our taste buds still remember it!!
