The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Property is lush green with awesome landscaping located beside the lake. Executive rooms are very spacious. Staff were very courteous & polite. Food is average, non veg food is lacking taste. Breakfast options are limited & not at par with 5 star standards. Too many outside bulk booking present in teapot area. Group booking of males some company drunken people were disturbing the dining guest & violating 5 star ambience. These people were crowding the buffet area & started eating while standing near by serving area as if like crowd does in shaadi halls, people should take there respective seats at assigned tables while dining. Lastly infrastructure is amazing. Amenities good.

This is a kind of guest house with a care taker. However, not a hotel, though i paid equivalent to the cost of hotel. The care taker advises not take hot water in hot season, when i asked for hot water in the bathroom. They have fixed separate geyser in each room. But is hidden. I had to tell him that it my choice wet-her to use hot water or not. The bed and pillow are over used. They are shrunk. Also not fresh. It does not a restaurant. So, breakfast is not available. I advise travelers choose a hotel over this guest house.

Stayed in this property for 1 night for official purpose. If you are reaching raipur by train and want to stay close to railway station then this is the hotel you should choose. 2 mins walking from station. Decent hotel with clean rooms & washroom. Staffs are well behaved and swift to respond on your calls. Buffet breakfast was good with limited choice foods. Food taste was good. Overall a comfortable stay.
