Hotel Solitaire @ Raipur needs major overhaul in customer service & housekeeping to avoid losing customers 1. No hand towel or soap or handwash in washroom!! 2. Shaving & toothbrush kit not available & given after enquiring!! 3. Hotel water during shower in morning is a rare phenomenon & even after informing front desk no improvement!! 4. Breakfast was supposed to be packed by 7am which was informed at reception previous evening - no information passed to morning duty staff @ reception which led to NO PACKED BREAKFAST while leaving for airport!! Front desk totally clueless These issues were not there even 4-5 months back as I am regular traveler to Raipur & stay @ this hotel but seems service has detoriated drastically and nobody is concerned

The hotel was good. It was clean. The stop was also cooperative and i wanted early checking so they supported me there too. So overall it was a good experience with hotel solitaire raipur. I dont have images.

Staff is non cooperative, rooms was not in good condition, i felt like i’m staying in small railway stations nearby hotel. I am very sorry to say it’s bad experience at solitaire raipur.

The hotel was so good, I stayed there three days.. and I felt very comfortable there. The hotel staff was so good and nice, especially the Manager guy Mr. Nomesh who is very much polite and bindaas positive approach. I didn't feel as I was staying here in this hotel for the first time. Especially thanks to cook of this hotel who prepared delicious breakfast and dinner. 👍😊

Very warm and welcoming staff and decent and Clean rooms , value for money. Good for meetings and buisness engagements, ample space available for parking. Nice and cosy bar available for client engagements. Discussion space and conference and wedding halls are also there in the basement. 24 HR wifi connectivity.
