Stay was good but they were not provided drop facility only pick up they did as it was included in my voucher but they denied. So much amount i spent for just one day of booking so that i can avail all the services but i don’t have as such. As a customer what we see we book it and have to suffer in between. However mm t helped in resolving the issues but hotel are not ready to accept, this is all mess actually. I suggest to all unless you are confirmed with the booking & their services don’t confirm the booking because later we only have to face everything once the payment done also no one will entertain you. Check thoroughly and come to the final process.

It was not a visitor's delight of course but yes! it was good and comfortable. A clean and nice property. Average restaurant, good rooftop lounge. Cooperative staff.

Very competent staff, cooperative, food is very good service is excellent. Rooms are specious. Staff are very polite. Mr bimal is so supportive and takes care of all f n b need.

Stay is comfortable but there are cleanliness issues. The lounge sofas are terribly dirty, dirts marks around. Same is with the chairs and single sofa at the room. Service is very average, i ordered something to eat and they delivered something else. But overall food quality is decent. Breakfast buffet was recent, lunch buffet items are very limited but whatever was served was tasty
i think, management should re-look into things. Given me a choice, i wont at this hotel in my next visit.

The location is very good since all the branded shops are nearby and also near the market. Bf menu is always the same. They don't change the menu.

Quite good location and hospitality. Food is tasty and delicious. But the only problem is car parking.
