Hotel Simran Heritage

Worst hotel ever if you're travelling to Raipur Chhattisgarh. Never choose simran heritage only because of its service and staffs. Problems I have faced during the stay- 1. Room was already open when I was given the key 2. Reception doesn't pick up the call when in need 3. When you ask for complimentary water bottles they will charge you. I am a person who needs more water every day but only one litre bottle is provided per day, more than that would be on chargeable basis. 4. Room is really small but washroom is spacious. however the toilet and water jet were dirty. I can't share the washroom pictures as it is so dirty to look at. 5. Kokil Patel is the worst staff ever met in a hotel. I asked him general questions but he turns the questions into interrogation. He has a very bad perception about people. Beware of him I don't want to give any star but I had to choose one to write the review. Do not ever visit Simran Heritage Raipur for any purposes business or leisure. I am sure you ll get the worst experience ever. Suggestion- maintain a standard and train your staffs.
