Terrible hotel, reception staff not friendly, problems with internet, very slow and sometimes dropped out. The room was very dirty, the sheets had not been changed, so you just slipped into the sheets that someone else had slept in. Very dirty. The pillows were very dirty and smelled of sweat. Mold in the bathroom and no toilet paper. Breakfast not ready at 7.30 am, dishes were not fresh and tasted bad. I travel a lot for work but this was the worst experience ever. Windows not cleaned in years. Really scandalous.

Problem started after Entering Room. Broken plugs in bathroom, stained furniture. Freeze not working , insect inside freeze. TV does not work. Bed well maintained. Forget about hot water. Take bath if it is Luke warm. Unprofessional staff. The TV mechanic is good. Food is high cost but not tasty. Ask for water, ask for tea bags ask for wifi, ask else you wont get. Good thing is Guard check the room key before allowing any one in to the residential area after 10 PM. Hope improvement

Welcome to the world of VW Canyon. it is aplty named Canyon, coz irrespective of how much you are made to suffer, you shall never be heard. Salient features of the hotel discourteous staff, no air conditioning, I had to beg for a pedestal fan to sleep, rooms full of cocroaches. I was made to wait for 45 minutes at the breakfast table and still bread and omelette could not be served, had to have my breakfast outside. Staying in this hotel is nothing short of a trauma. If you still want to come over and get harassed do visit this so called Hotel which is actually a harassment centre. An ordinary dharamshala is million times better, I suggest don't loose money only to get troubled to the ultimate level, strongly suggest go to a better place and avoid being treated like a slave.
