We booked this just as a 1 night base to go to a local party. It was just ok The receptionist said continental breakfast is until 9 but then it’ll be put away but don’t worry if you don’t make it as it’s nothing exciting !! We didn’t bother ! I didn’t use the shower .. it wasn’t inviting and the shower gel looked gross !! The headboard was very stained with god knows what !! The sheets looked clean to be fair & the bed was comfy, but looking at other pictures on here I’m glad we didn’t look at the mattress !! The window was held open with a piece of wood. We had to leave the key with them when we went out which was a bit worrying as it didn’t feel the safest place. It was ok for a quick stop for a night but I definitely won’t be booking again.

Just back from a works week away and I have to say apart from the room being a bit on the warm side I have had a very enjoyable stay, the food was excellent and even though there was no gas on Tuesday the staff still managed to produce food for us to eat, I know for a fact many places would have closed up. If I am staying in the area again I will definitely be booking to stay here. Well done to all the staff.
