The hotel is lovely, good location, great service and food was great. 5mins walk to the beach, we enjoyed our stay with the hotel, and would recommend to whom wants to stay in alcudia .

It was an incredible hotel!
The hotel is clean, friendly staff. The food was very tasty and there was a lot of it. This hotel resembles a ship and you walk on the deck!

Good hotel with perfect breakfast and dinner. Every additional option needs from you additional payment. Safe box -additional payment. Refresh beach towels-additional payment. Cleaning of rooms was not so good .2 days they just missed it .

Very clean and pleasant hotel; three swimming pools; gym and jacuzzi. Massages. The beach is 50 meters away and bus in front to go everywhere.

The room facilities are very old, and there is a problem with the door. We refused to change the room and it took us half a day to fix it. There are a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast variety is OK.

The service is not good at all
Several times we called the reception no one answered I had to go down to their house to ask them for a blanket and when I asked them they told me you already have it instead of apologizing and bringing one
The breakfast buffet sucks:
Lots of bread, nothing of quality, neither avocado nor salmon
Even the omelettes have no taste
