Amazing Stay and Exceptional Service at Novotel Khopoli We had a wonderful weekend stay at Novotel Khopoli. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A special shout-out to Surojit at The Square restaurant for his outstanding service—he truly made our dining experience memorable. One incident, in particular, stood out for us and is something we will never forget. After checking out of the hotel, we realized an hour later that I had forgotten my handbag in the lobby washroom. We immediately contacted the hotel, and Shadbad was quick to respond. He confirmed that they had found the bag and assured us it would be couriered to our residence. Pooja from the housekeeping team went out of her way to arrange the courier quickly. What impressed us most was the hotel's transparency—they proactively informed us about the cash inside the bag and even offered to transfer it to our bank account to ensure the courier could be sent safely without any risk. This level of professionalism and coordination by the entire Novotel team was truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for their support and exceptional service. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable and ensured our belongings were returned safely. We highly recommend Novotel Khopoli for anyone looking for an extraordinary hospitality experience.

We booked a superior room, the stay was not that much comfortable as we got cockroaches in the bed and room. As usual very limited channels on the tv, the food is not upto the mark though they allow zomato and other delivery partners so not an issue with that. That’s all

Perfect location midst of nature having privacy & relaxation. Resort is clean & provides exciting hospitality. In-house Adventure Activities like Rock Climbing Rappelling Archery. Manager Mr. Sachin Waghela is very helpful gave excellent guidance for water activities at Kolad. Service of other support staffs was very prompt & helpful even though the resort was full of guests. We forget the charger in our room and we come to know, when we reach Mumbai. I asked hotel manager Mr. Sachin Waghela to check for the same. He immediately asked me to text the address and he sends the charger immediately to my address. I have never seen such superb service. Thanks to all MR. Waghela and all other support staff, We have taken stay with food packages which are fully inclusive of breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner which was value addition to our trip as they have their own restaurant Govida by Kamath. The ambience of hotel was superb and having good capacity. We had a great food experience by having highly tasty and authentic food. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this resort and hotel to every couple and families. You won’t regret just be there for lovely weekend with family and friends.

I visited the Sai River Resort at Khopoli, last Saturday. Khopoli is a town that is in the outskirts of Navi Mumbai. It's monsoon hotspot for the tourists who'll flock to Khopoli and the other landmark places like Lonavala & Khandala to enjoy the rains and waterfalls. Khopoli during the summers was definitely a bad idea, but when you are in the company of ex colleagues, you care less. We were about a group of 14-15 odd people, all ex colleagues, who planned this trip and ended up booking this resort. The resort is located right on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, which eases out the stress associated with locating the place. The resort is a big property. There's plenty of rooms and wooden cabins for the guests. I personally felt that for a resort of this size, the parking space could have been bigger, but nonetheless, we could park our cars comfortably. By the time I reached, my friends had already checked in, so did not go through the check-in process. The reception area seemed small and cramped, and entertaining more than 2 guests at a time may seem like a chaos. In the little that I explored, there were 2 types of rooms - the regular rooms and the wooden cottages/cabins. We had booked both. The regular rooms are pretty big in size and can easily accommodate 2 on bed, and 2 on the floor, with extra mattresses. The rooms are clean, the linens were neat, both, the TV & the ACs were functional. But do note that, at this time of the year, it's so hot that you'll have to leave the ACs turned on for quite some time for the rooms to become cooler. Otherwise, when you enter (especially the wooden cabins) you feel like you have entered a furnace - it's that hot. I am certain, this would not be the case during monsoon or during winter. The wooden cabins are a lot smaller in size, but fully functional and is neatly done up. The wooden cabins come with a small sit-out area where you can relax and enjoy some friendly conversation over beer/coffee. That reminds me that there's no in-room refrigerator, if you need a beer, you'll have to call up room service. There's coffee/tea provisions in the room. Food - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks - are served in their dining area which is closer to the reception area. The restaurant / dining area has two sections - the AC & non-AC. For the money we paid, I think we got a good deal when it came to food. There was the usual stuff - nothing too fancy - but good enough to offer you some variety. For the non vegetarians, the only option available was chicken. Hotels need to be a little more creative with the non-vegetarian menu, especially, if they are serving chicken two times a day. After a while, even the chicken starts to taste like potato. The breakfast spread was also decent and had the usual suspects on the table - poha, bhurji, missal, idli, bread toast... The zostel kolad property is situated in a stunning location alongside the kolad river. The setting is truly superb. However, during our stay, we encountered some issues. The cleanliness of the property left something to be desired, and unfortunately, the air conditioning units were not functioning properly. Additionally, there seemed to be a shortage of staff. Despite these challenges, i must commend the property managers sudarshan and kanishk for their hopeful and accommodating demeanor. Their efforts certainly made a difference. Furthermore, the food provided was excellent, although there is room for improvement in diversifying the menu and increasing the number of staff members. Overall, our experience was positive primarily due to the enchanting location and ambiance of the property.
