We booked 2 rooms for 8 people.
Rooms are on 3rd floor. So it was little difficult to climb stairs for our grand father. There was no description of floor in ad description. Good manager and staff. You get ample parking space. Road to the hotel is narrow so lil difficult for bigger SUV like Xuv700 or Safari. Overall value for money Hotel if you are group of young people.

I highly recommend anant villa! the property is well-maintained, rooms are clean, and hygiene is clearly a priority. Its proximity to badami beach (just a 5-minute walk) is a huge plus. The swimming pool is fantastic - my family and i had a wonderful time together! what's more, the property is extremely safe for families, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, anant villa exceeded our expectations!
