Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli

I recently stayed at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, and it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—plentiful, fresh, and offering a wide variety of choices for all dietary needs. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing spa area. Its location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The only minor downside was some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t significantly affect my sleep. Overall, I’d highly recommend Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean. We had a pleasant stay.

The stay was good comfortable. Services are on top. Harshit Sahu and Krutika, from cleaning staff and room services, they are really good.

This hotel is terrible. Unsanitary rooms. No sense of room service - we had asked for a spoon which they didn’t send for over an hour despite multiple calls. I had to go down to the restaurant finally and get it myself. The food isn’t very nice. You kind of expect better food. We were promised early checkin but it took over two hours. All this and we were travelling with an infant. I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone.
