This property in a residential area of Ragusa is very quiet and clean with large and comfortable rooms organized in mini apartments with independent kitchens. The widespread courtesy of the staff is noteworthy. The weak points are the limited parking at certain times and the poor Sicilian breakfast.

Breakfast full of pre-packaged and poor quality products. The rating is low for the context. Ragusa is dirty, not to mention Ragusa Ibla, where apart from the Piazza del Duomo, the rest of the old city is abandoned to itself. Stench and excrement fill every alley of the city. Sono stata li con marito e 2 bambini in occasione di una maratona. Tutto perfetto. Struttura ristrutturata da poco e con buon gusto. Check in e check out in orari comodi, con istruzioni chiare e la gentilezza di venirci incontro. Stanza ordinata, pulita e con tutto il necessario, anche angolo cottura. Letti comodissimi. Ris andamento e clima, insomma tutti i comfort. Colazione per accontentare tutti i gusti e la signora in sala molto gentile. Insomma davvero perfetto soprattutto x chi viaggia in macchina perché c'è un comodo parcheggio

Colazione sufficiente, posizione periferica, tranquilla ma non molto comoda e strategica. Check-in tramite WhatsApp perchè non c'era nessuno in reception (a metà mattina) con ritiro card e chiavi in modo autonomo (in un "casellario" a disposizione di tutti). Gli ultimi 2 giorni (su 4 di pernottamento) non è stata rassettata la camera (siamo rimasti senza asciugamani da bagno e carta igienica), con varie giustificazioni assurde da parte dell'addetta. Assistenza "pubblicizzata" 24h su 24, 7 giorni su 7 inesistente (ho lasciato un messaggio in segreteria telefonica ma non ho avuto risposta). Wi-Fi non andava ma non era una mia priorità... Camera molto calda (ho dovuto lasciare il condizione acceso 24/24h). Peccato! Un consiglio al gestore di questo Residence: uno STAFF di qualità è una cosa molto importante.

Ho soggiornato in questo residence con la mia famglia in occasione della fine dell'anno. La struttura è moderna e confortevole,le stanze sono comode,ampie e pulite. Inoltre il proprietario ed il personale sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ottima anche la colazione. La posizione è ideale per visitare le meraviglie di Ragusa e della stupenda val di Noto. Prezzo onesto. Assolutamente consigliato.
