Villa Carlotta is a property with great potential, however some details should be improved.
For example, there is no battery charging socket near the head of the bed, which in 2023 is a major inconvenience for cell phones.
The structure is beautiful and pleasant.

Lovely hotel with beautiful room, very large and comfy bed, and super linens! Shower is large and water quality is nice. Hotel restaurant, MU, is FABULOUS. The only thing I would revise is adding in some improved soundproofing in the hallways. The pool is huge and there is free parking. Owner, Mauro and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The perfect getaway ! My family and I recently visited this Hotel which is located centrally but also tucked away in plenty of greenery and serenity. Staff are stupendous and where very helpful with my needs once traveling with both a newborn and my elderly dad. Would certainly recommend and looking forward to be back. THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE STAY !

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the last three years and my opinion is always positive. Spacious, welcoming, comfortable, refined, organised. Its qualities are many and when I go to Ragusa I know that it is a point of reference. Excellent service and price too.

Nice location, clean and with attentive breakfast bar and reception staff. The swimming pool is comfortable and has plenty of deckchairs and shaded areas, although a little dated. The restaurant is no longer starred but you can eat excellent expertly prepared meat. The location is quiet, even if in August there is logically more and more confusion. In the evening it is cool, so we recommend a jacket. We spent a relaxing weekend!

For a 4 star hotel let's start immediately with the absolutely meager and basic breakfast! The room was spacious and so was the bed.. The cleanliness leaves a little to be desired.. I found three hairs on a face cloth, the bed sheets (bottom part) were not at all tight and there was even a hair.. Of course I thought that the sheets had not been changed… Dirty pool.

I stayed 3 nights at this property during the tour. Nice room, a little damp and cleanliness could be improved as it is a 4 star. Poor breakfast not available for latecomers but still on time. Excellent dinner, super quality meat. Impeccable service. Amazing Sicilian cannoli. I advise.

Pleasant welcome, well-equipped rooms (wall facing each other). We were unable to enjoy the garden (poorly maintained) and the swimming pool because it had rained all day. We had the "apertivo" on the terrace but had to go inside because the cats were jumping on the table for the food. We dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant, the 2 starters were average, however, the pasta with razor clams and sea urchins was excellent. The restaurant was expensive for Sicily (€167 for 2 starters + 2 pasta dishes + 1 bottle of wine).
