Neropece

Wonderful in every respect. The location is perfect just behind the duomo. The room was comfortable with a modern walk in rain shower in the bathroom. We had a gorgeous courtyard looking up at the cupola of the duomo of San Giorgio. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts were incredibly helpful and just lovely people. I can’t recommend neropece highly enough

The location of this hotel is excellent! It is right behind the Duomo and could not be more central in Ragusa Ibla. It is a small hotel and there is not always someone available at the front desk. Guests have their own key to the lobby door. Unlike most Sicilian hotels there is no breakfast buffet, but you can order what you want the night before. The room was large and comfortable and the AC worked well.

We had a whole itinerary in Sicily with 6 different hotels planned over our 10 days trip. If I stayed at this one first, I think we would have used as a basis to discover the region, not caring for the car travel time anymore, as it was just amazing! Staff is lovely. The hotel room was just beautiful and beyond comfortable, with a large bathroom, beautiful tiles, great bedding, and a terrace with an amazing view on the Duomo. Breakfast was delicious with so many different things. They also brought a delicious hot chocolate for our 18 months old baby, who drank it all, and we were a bit jealous of it as it looked so good ;) Can't wait to go back and will definitely recommend it!!

When you visit an area you’ve not visited before, and you come across a place like this, where hospitality is the driving factor, it takes a beautiful guest house in a delightful location ( next to the cathedral) to another level! The style and character of this former palace says a lot about its owner, quality and class. Cristina is an excellent host, going the extra mile to ensure that her guests are completely at ease, including helping with the transfer from the local car park to the premises. Local knowledge is a bonus, and we’re particularly grateful for the recommendation of a local restaurant, called Mad, where we enjoyed excellent pizza, mine being the pizza Neropece, very tasty and a very classy Nero d’Avola! The proximity to the cathedral square, provides a good cross section of dining options as well as the aforementioned.Oh, I should also mention the interesting choices on the Sicilian breakfast menu, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We had a beautiful, large, modern room with a patio facing the side of the Duomo. The location is great and Christina is the nice owner. The town of Ragusa is very charming and we were able to observe a wedding at the Duomo. If you don’t have experience driving in narrow streets in Italy, this town and its accessibility can be very challenging!

Cristina is the star of the show! She is born to serve and ensure all is well during your visit. She went out of her way to take care of my wife’s needs when she was under the weather. And she prevented me from making a couple of ticketing mistakes by carefully checking what i was doing. The room was clean, tastefully decorated with a great terrace for sitting and admiring the very nearby duomo. The B&B is located a 2 minute walk to the best plaza in ibla and is in close proximity to all the best restaurants. Highly recommend this charming place and mist of all the services of Cristina!
