This hotel is absolutely dirty and the housekeeping is doing nth. We have changed our room third time. In the 1st room, the period (red) was on the bed. In the 2nd room, the yellow liquid stuff was found too.
The last room is found with uncleared cup with coffee.
I will never stay and do not recommend people to stay.

Very spacious and clean room. The staff at the concierge welcomed us with a smile, very demure very mindful.
The hotel also provides necessary stuffs like toothpaste, comb and razor when you ask, plus filtered water in bottle.
Shuttle bus to the airport comes right in front of the front door every 15 mins and take only 5 mins to the airport, be aware that it is filled with people.
P/S: Room has no window and get pretty hot at night.
10/10 for an airport hotel.

This hotel was lovely and clean, and I had everything I needed for my few hours' stay. As I arrived at 315am. After a delayed flight back to Stansted. The reception staff was welcoming and told me how to access my room. The room was made up ready for me, and there were toiletries in the shower for myself to use in the morning. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and I literally slept like a baby. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and the breakfast was lovely. It also had a shuttle bus to and from the airport for an additional charge of £4 each way.

Loud fan all night and flashing lights on ceiling. I would have preferred to sleep in the car. Had to pay additional £16 for the bus to and from the airport which I feel the hotel should pay for. So I would next time look at a hotel closer or sleep in my car.

A very pleasant stay at the lowest price of the big hotel chains, our room was very clean and a nice size.The breakfast was just ok with the English breakfast items mostly overcooked but you won't starve. The hotel is located over a mile from the terminal and you can walk it but the last part has no pavements so you'll be walking on the road. The bus is £4 per person each way which you should factor in to your costs. There is a Macdonald's just outside so that could be useful for some. I would stay again as quite adequate but compared to the other big hotels this one is at the bottom just but price was the lowest too

All was great either the stay. The staff on the front desk were friendly, efficient and informative and the room was as you’d expect. My only gripe was the aircon which was so incredibly noisy and not the easiest to navigate. Instructions on their use would be helpful.

Anytime I have an early morning flight, instead of paying for a premium train ticket, I take the bus and head to Stansted. Once there, they have a convenient shuttle back to the hotel (£4 Single). Check-in was a breeze, and before I knew it, I was in my room and getting spoiled with a nice, comfy bed, air conditioning, TV, and even a couch. I have at the restaurant, and it was nice, but sometimes I take the shirt, walk to the BP/M&S store or McDonald's, and get something different for a change of taste. Really enjoy this property.
