Frendly staff. Clean room. Nice building. Great view. Quite environment. Each room mostly has own kitchen. Will book again and recoend to friends.

Really good place, the room was spacious, washroom has heated floors, the kitchenette was loaded with equipments so overall really impressed and loved the hotel. The outdoor swimming pool was shut down which was a little disappointing. The property is well built and will visit again.

Very cosy hotel. Not crowded. Very clean too. Has hot tubs. Perfect!

the kitchen sink or counter lighting didn't work and front desk was told but didn't get repaired. no broom or dust pan in room. But everything else was satisfactory

Beautiful, clean, much bigger than we expected! The only problem was the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, pressed the button and jets did not work.

We checked in at 4 pm and the room was COLD!!! We turned up the heat to maximum and left to drive around Radium for an hour. Came back to find the room still on the warm side of cold. Huddled under the sheets to keep warm. Room not comfortably warm until 7:30 pm. Heater in the bathroom didn't work at all. Presumably for in-floor heating. It remained a refrigerator for our stay. Check out at 10 is ridiculous. Virtually no one there during our stay so not overwhelmed by guests. Who wants to check out by 10 am for a couples get-away?

A great experience in a beautiful property! The resort and suite were all impeccably maintained, clean, quiet, and the check-in and check out was simple. Everything was spectacular!

Good value for the price, suite was very spacious. Pool and hot tubs were very nice. Would stay here again over a hotel.

The property is very nice but the basement had strong smoking scent. The previous visitors must have smoked in the basement area so we had to leave the fan on non stop and end up only sleep on second floor.

Great location near Springs golf course, rooms were clean and well appointed, nice pool and hot tub area. Would definitely stay here again.

A lot of wildlife on the property, while there we saw a flock of wild turkeys, deer and lots of Bighorn sheep. We had an issue with the oven in our unit and it was promptly repaired.

Have been coming here for years. The property is always in great condition, and they continue to renovate, and add to it. Location is great. Pricing is not much more than a regular hotel room, and worth every penny.
