This is an incredible place to stay - off the beaten track and so quiet and peaceful. The accommodation, food and facilities were top notch but what really made this place was the welcome we all received (couple with 5 year old). We felt so relaxed and welcome there. The hosts couldn't have made this place any nicer and I can't recommend staying here enough. I'm purposely not giving lots of details because there is a huge amount of joy in discovering and experiencing Le Canterie firsthand! Just make sure you eat at the restaurant if you stay here, it is not to be missed!

We hosted our wedding at Le Canterie. From the first phone call, we felt the connection and energy of Lucia and Erminio, We visited in December just to see the venue and taste the menu. The food was amazing. People say weddings are stressful but ours was easy, Le Canterie was perfect. Now we feel like part of the Le Canterie family. There was so much love. It was a magical event and will live in our hearts for the whole of our lives. I could not have wished for something so perfect

What a gem, tucked away in the hilly Tuscany landscape ! We rented the entire Le Canterie for a 5-day family event with 17 persons, aged 8-80. From the chilled welcome-drink to the farewell we were spoiled by Lucia’s & Erminio’s (and their staff) hospitality, We had some great days, spent around the spectacular pool and the long table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a daily dinnershow when Erminio presentend and explained the different dishes on the meny multilingually, body language included. And when it came up to the table, it was so delicious and tasteful. Everything was so easy-going and we really felt ourselves at home. One of the days we had our own cooking day in the outdoor kitchen and Lucia and Erminio helped us stuffing the fridge and getting the best grill from the neighbourhood. Thanks for your effort, this was meant to be your resting day. We really loved our stay with you, and be assured, even if the entire family can’t gather, you will meet parts of us in the future. One suggestion: Try to figure out kind of handrail to facilitate in and out of the pool for elderly people.

This is everything we came to Tuscany for; amazing setting with breathtaking view, superb food and the most friendly and helpful owners you can imagine. We spent 4 days as a large group age 8-80 celebrating anniversaries and we could not have been looked after better. Highly recommended!

Le Dolce Vita. This jewel of a resort is perfect in every way. A place of healing and discovery. The views over the Valley are incredible. It has the convenience of having a restaurant but the seclusion of feeling like its your own place. The pool is beyond special and the hosts so kind. A bonus is the excellent food in the restaurant where we ate dinner and had delicious home made cakes in the morning. It would be a shame to come to this part of tuscany and not come here. Love!

Cercavamo un ristorante per organizzare una cena a domicilio con 25 amici per il compleanno di 40 anni di mia moglie. Dopo aver penato non poco tra ristoranti chiusi, chef a domicilio e proposte poco interessanti, abbiamo trovato Erminio che ha colto perfettamente le nostre necessità e ci ha conquistato con la sua preparazione, gentilezza e flessibilità. Nonostante lo scarso preavviso e i cambiamenti last secondo, il signor Erminio ci ha organizzato una magnifica cena completa dall’antipasto al dolce. Oltre alle preparazioni eccellenti e preparate con cura siamo rimasti davvero felici del servizio attento al dettaglio che ci è stato offerto. In un’ occasione così speciale per la nostra famiglia, siamo davvero felici di aver trovato in Erminio un aiuto che ci ha permetto di offrire una cena nettamente superiore ai vari ristoranti super recensiti provati in zona.

Posto incantevole nonostante lo abbiamo goduto con un tempo da lupi. La struttura è bellissima e ben tenuta. Cucina favolosa in un contesto di pace e di relax. Voglio ringraziare i titolari Erminio e Lucia che, viste le condizioni meteo con temperature al di sotto della media, (metà maggio 2023), ci hanno acceso il riscaldamento nella nostra stanza. L'ultimo chilometro che raggiunge l'agriturismo si sviluppa su una strada stretta e sterrata, una sorta di spartiacque tra il caos e il silenzio della natura.

Siamo stati all'agriturismo per cena io e mio marito su consiglio di Federica del nostro hotel. Abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario, Erminio, una bellissima persona con tanto da raccontare e con una passione per la sua attività che percepisci in ogni angolo. Il menù, principalmente di carne, ha influenze abruzzesi e romane dovute proprio alle origini del proprietario. Abbiamo preso due antipasti (non il classico tagliere di salumi e formaggi) e due secondi: tutto davvero molto molto buono, anche i vini che propongono. Ci resterà il ricordo di una bellissima cena, sicuramente super consigliato!
