If you have read the reviews they are correct Disgusting place and shouldn’t be called a Hotel or anything else even close Dirty,mouldy ,infested with pests ,Smelly , and I can keep on going The owner seems to come straight out of a horror film with disgusting cigarette smell She is super dishonest and tries to make you again say ing that she hasn’t been paid by the booking company even though she has been Breakfast is a joke with mouldy fruit and a dining area that is very dirty I am not sure how she is even allowed to operate The washroom and toilet are super filthy Please stay away

Excellent location for visiting the Chianti region! Everything about this conveniently located hotel was exactly as we wanted. A relaxed atmosphere with unpretentious, clean and cosy rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. The air-conditioning was really appreciated during this hot period, as was the pool which had the most spectacular view of the Chianti region you could imagine! Our spacious suite had all the amenities we needed and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful with the most delicious homemade cakes and pastries along with scrambled eggs and a wide selection of fresh fruit. The relaxed hotel is surrounded by the Chianti vineyards which are part of the property and the wine produced by the owners can be bought directly on site! Thank you for a fabulous stay...we will definitely be back!

The only good thing is the location. Otherwise, this accommodation is not recommended. The rooms are not really clean, the old furniture is squashed into the room at random. The bedspread is stained. The towels were only changed every 2 days upon request, and room service was not provided. There were cobwebs in the room and in the breakfast room. The small kitchenette in the room was completely outdated and unsightly. Breakfast consists almost entirely of packaged ingredients. The breakfast room is also more of an unclean junk room. Tiles around the pool are broken and pose a risk of injury, as are the tiles on the stairs to the pool. This accommodation should be closed and completely renovated. Be careful, the photos in the system are outdated and do not reflect the current status!

The structure has great potential for its location and beauty but it is abandoned to itself like all and I repeat ALL guests, as once the room is assigned everything is allowed on your own initiative to resolve those small and simple situations such as emptying the garbage can. Broken shower box, mini fridge present but old and not working, TV not working. Breakfast ready at an indecent time, after 8:30 and above all in a VERY dirty environment and on top of that they ask you to clear the tables. Everything is done at zero cost, how not to call a cleaning lady when needed and allow guests to have those small and simple things during their stay: clean room, toilet paper ready when it is about to run out, ... I conclude by saying: Avoid!

The place itself could have a great value for its location and potential services, which unfortunately remain only potential. We stayed 4 nights and, as much as I can understand that it is a three-star hotel, I find it unacceptable to have to ask the property for hand towels, large shower towels, toilet paper as they entered the room. The room assigned to us did not have a bidet and for taking a shower there was a bathtub, in my opinion small and very uncomfortable. We asked ourselves if the property had ever tried to wash there. I also underline that in 5 days NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE, entered the room to change the bins, change the towels and bathrobes, sheets, make the beds, sweep the floor... total nothing. The breakfast was basic, the more basic you can find. The pool is spacious but the walls definitely need maintenance given the obvious cracks, while it is absurd to find the sunbeds with yellowed fabrics... I mean, a sunbed costs a lot, going for €90, but do you want to replace it? In short, a place that for its history and location could be truly unique, reduced to a dive without maintenance and basic services.
