The only good thing is the location. Otherwise, this accommodation is not recommended. The rooms are not really clean, the old furniture is squashed into the room at random. The bedspread is stained. The towels were only changed every 2 days upon request, and room service was not provided. There were cobwebs in the room and in the breakfast room. The small kitchenette in the room was completely outdated and unsightly. Breakfast consists almost entirely of packaged ingredients. The breakfast room is also more of an unclean junk room. Tiles around the pool are broken and pose a risk of injury, as are the tiles on the stairs to the pool. This accommodation should be closed and completely renovated. Be careful, the photos in the system are outdated and do not reflect the current status!

A structure that really has crazy potential but abandoned to itself. Lacking cleanliness of the premises, dirty and messy breakfast room, dated and poorly maintained rooms, absurd disorder in reception (moreover no one present upon your arrival). I absolutely do not feel like recommending it. Avoid it!

The place itself could have a great value for its location and potential services, which unfortunately remain only potential. We stayed 4 nights and, as much as I can understand that it is a three-star hotel, I find it unacceptable to have to ask the property for hand towels, large shower towels, toilet paper as they entered the room. The room assigned to us did not have a bidet and for taking a shower there was a bathtub, in my opinion small and very uncomfortable. We asked ourselves if the property had ever tried to wash there. I also underline that in 5 days NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE, entered the room to change the bins, change the towels and bathrobes, sheets, make the beds, sweep the floor... total nothing. The breakfast was basic, the more basic you can find. The pool is spacious but the walls definitely need maintenance given the obvious cracks, while it is absurd to find the sunbeds with yellowed fabrics... I mean, a sunbed costs a lot, going for €90, but do you want to replace it? In short, a place that for its history and location could be truly unique, reduced to a dive without maintenance and basic services.

Peace and quiet in the countryside, a very refreshing pool for the heat wave, we enjoyed it. Rustic style room and full breakfast (if you order fried eggs and cold cuts they are very good). Alessandra, thank you very much for your attention. It is a very authentic place in Tuscany.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto due notti. Location sporca e non curata. La colazione proponeva brioche vecchie e alcuni alimenti erano scaduti. Mi spiace fare questa recensione perché la proprietaria si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponile. Basterebbe una pulizia e cura migliore, perché la location ha ottime potenzialità.

Soggiornando in questa country house (non mi sembra proprio un relais) ho avuto l'impressione di una struttura rimasta chiusa per 40 anni e riaperta il giorno prima del mio arrivo. Tutto è vetusto, gli arredamenti della camera (del bagno in particolare) e delle parti comuni, alla sala colazione. La sala colazione ha le tende con i buchi, lo spremi agrumi è manuale autogestito (non viene pulito, per cui chi arriva dopo trova i resti delle spremute precedenti), il cibo e le bevande non sono etichettate (non sari cosa stai per mangiare e cosa stai per bere). I tavoli non vengono sistemati e puliti, se non quando finisce l'orario della colazione. La piscina meriterebbe un aggiornamento, dagli spogliatoi/bagni ai lettini, ai calcinacci che cadono dal muro. Tutta la struttura è gestita da una sola signora, la quale non riesce a stare dietro alle richieste dei clienti, pulire le camere, gestire la sala colazione, fare le manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie, ecc; per il check, ad esempio, abbiamo dovuto aspettare ore (chiavi avute verso le 19.30, ergo pomeriggio perso in attesa). Quando sotto stress la signora risponde anche a tono ("mi sento braccata"). DI fatto: struttura meravigliosa, il viale di ingresso ti toglie il fiato per la bellezza (filari di cipressi da un lato, olivi dall'altro), casette in pietra viva, scenario della piscina bellissimo (l'occhio si perde tra le colline circostanti); se non interessa la pulizia giornaliera delle camere, la pulizia degli spazi comuni, una colazione varia ed igienica è il posto ideale per staccare la spina e rilassarsi
