it was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel, I traveled with my mom and we got absolutely spoiled by different activities that we could do at the hotel and food, it is a great family-friendly vibe and the staff is truly caring, helpful, and hospitable, this hotel is truly sustainable and family run, they even dress up in traditional outfits once a week and their wild sauna experience is truly one to remember, we had absolutely profound cleansing there! I can't recommend this place enough if you are traveling with a family and looking to relax and be present even more, you will experience it here ＜£

This was our second visit to the hotel for a skiing holiday with friends. Once again all the staff were helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Half of our party thoroughly enjoyed the skiing which although the slopes have to be reached by ski bus, they are quiet and well pisted. The rest of our party enjoyed the walking with lots of winter walking paths available in the skiing areas and from the hotel. The hotel organises several guided walks and a torchlight walk in the evening so plenty to do. When one of our party had a skiing injury they were so helpful taking him to the medical centre and when we requested a kettle for our room (as being English we enjoy a cup of tea when we wake up!) they were quick to provide one for us. The pool and sauna were lovely and relaxing and each meal time was made special by the interesting dishes and special presentation.

Esperienza meravigliosa in questo bellissimo hotel di montagna. Grande attenzione all'ambiente (ad esempio completamente plastic free, piscina purificata attraverso elettrolisi salina, cibo a km...), cortesia, ambienti curati e buon cibo. Sicuramente da consigliare.

È già la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e visto quanto eravamo felici e rilassati al nostro ritorno, i nostri amici hanno voluto provare. Anche loro ne sono rimasti estasiati. Non posso dire quali sono le caratteristiche migliori, tutto è pensato per fare in modo che i clienti siano coccolati. La spa è molto bella, i bagni di vapore sono un’esperienza paradisiaca. La colazione è la cena sono esperienze per il palato da assaporare con tutti i sensi . La sostenibilità non va a scapito della funzionalità ma è un valore aggiunto. Tutto il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico oltre ad essere molto preparato. Se volete staccare dalla quotidianità ed essere coccolati questo è il posto giusto.

Ein absolut gepflegtes Hotel, mit tollem Personal einem nachhaltigen Konzept und dem Wunsch, dass sich die Gäste vom Alltag und stressvollem Leben runterfahren können Deshalb gibt es auch in den Zimmern kein WLAN, was nicht einfach ist und wenn ich ehrlich bin braucht man es manchmal tatsächlich auch beruflich, aber es ist durchaus machbar...man muss sich nur drauf einlassen. Mein Wunsch wäre es tatsächlich, dass es zur Verfügung steht, wenn man es z.B. beruflich einmal braucht. Vielleicht gibt es eine Möglichkeit das einzurichten.

Ci siamo presi 3 gg di completo relax. Sauna bagno turco detox cellulare (non prende in camera e nella sala pranzo 👍) Pulizia ambiente familiare ma elegante. Cucina strepitosa quasi stellata, spa ampia e cosa ottima senza musica quindi silenzio. Cordialità e simpatia dello staff. Accoglienza ottima, colazione super abbondante. Abbiamo visitato Vipiteno e Bressanone con l’abbazia di Novacella stupende. Ci ritorniamo sicuramente perché l’atmosfera è di quelle che ti aiutano a ritrovare la tua serenità Top e complimenti

Naturhotel Rainer una piacevole scoperta, tutto assolutamente perfetto. La famiglia Rainer e tutto lo staff super professionali e molto disponibili e gentili. L'attenzione x l'ambiente e il NO plastica è stato molto apprezzato da tutti noi. La camera accogliente pulita e l'altalena sul terrazzo bellissima, la spa una vera coccola, il bagno di vapore un esperienza da provare assolutamente. La camminata nel bosco , il pranzo in malga e la discesa con lo slittino veramente senza parole. Il cibo con sapori veri e naturali.. una vera goduria per il palato. GRAZIE PER QUESTO MERAVIGLIOSO WEEKEND SUPER CONSIGLIATO noi ci torneremo sicuramente il prima possibile. Sonia Mara Giancarlo Alessandra

Io e la mia ragazza, per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto il Naturhotel tra le numerose alternative in Trentino. Ad esperienza conclusa possiamo ritenerci piu che soddisfatti della nostra scelta per i motivi che seguono. La struttura è ottima e nuova, sia dall’esterno che le zone interne. Il ristorante offre pasti eccezionali, dall’abbondante colazione a buffet alle curatissime portate della cena. L’attenzione alla ristorazione è elevata, proprio quella che ci si aspetta da un hotel del genere. Le esperienze limitrofe da fare in giornata sono infinite, scegliere le migliori sta a voi ma potete sempre farvi aiutare dal personale dell’hotel. Infine a rendere diversa dalle altre la nostra permanenza, è stata l’area benessere ad accoglierci ogni pomeriggio e le piccole attenzioni come le borracce riempite la mattina e il regalo di sapone artigianale al nostro check out. Se proprio debba trovare un difetto, l’assenza di buffet all’inizio della cena e l’assenza di merenda che invece in altri hotel è presente. Consiglio vivamente di passare
