The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

Visited for the Christmas afternoon tea which was absolutely wonderful experience. Extremely festive and well thought out with many different tastes experience and special effects. Overall a very special festive Christmas experience in Kuwait.
