Mr. Jacob was very friendly and helpful while we were doing check in to our room the Hôtel facilities and everything was great, I really recommend it to families and couples, also the location is very good as it’s connected to the avenues mall

So, if someone told me that they traveled to Kuwait, for the sole purpose of staying at this hotel, I would completely understand. About six months out of the year, I sleep away from home. I've stayed at many of the nicest hotels in the world and this is as good or better than any of them. The entire staff, but particularly Emmanuel and the concierge team went out of their way to see that every need was met/exceeded. As an HH Diamond member, I greatly appreciate them, thanks!
