This Riad was excellent. Omar is a credit to the hotel and gets a 10/10! The Riad itself was very cute with rooms running around an open air courtyard. The rooms were very nice and had excellent air con which was very well received after a long day walking in the Medina. Breakfast was served daily with a selection of pastries, yoghurt, fruit and eggs to order. There is a lovely rooftop with day lounges to sit and read and also a little pool. The only downside is that it can be very noisy in the morning with visitors having breakfast and talking very loudly, but this is not the hotels fault. IF you are wanting quiet though it might not be the place for you. It is nestled in the Old Medina which is a magical experience for any traveller to wander around the alleyways.

Stay here. Very nice riad, exactly in the middle of Medina, which made it easy to get to everything. Breakfast was v good and pool was refreshing. TV with YouTube was a bonus. Very comfy bed and pillows were great.

We had specifically asked for 2 beds, what we got was a double bed and the sofa made as a bed that was completely uncomfortable even for a child. The room was very dark, yes there’s a fridge but it was so dark we needed our phone flashlight to see inside. Since we are early risers, we asked if we could get hot water at 6:30am we had our own supply for tea, it’s now 7:30am and it’s still dark in dining room despite being told breakfast starts at 7:30am! We would not recommend this Riad, we’ve stayed at several riads along the way and this is the worse experience so far!

Modern twist on a riad A bit hard to find but once there, map provided and easy peasy! Lovely updated traditional type riad. Interesting to step out the door and down the alley to a busy market. Staff were helpful and friendly

I would like to thank Abdelhadi ELMOUSTAHLI, offecial guide in Morocco who always making sure to find best place for my clients. Any way, all of you knwo how difficult to please children,did the best to keep my clients happy and eased. but at Riad Dar Dar was fantastic, Karim sweet nice boy was very helpful, the African over receptionist as co-operate with me as one of the guests was talk to much at night. He spoke with him . Food was among the best we had in Morocco. Breakfast was to much even we did not have our Lunch later. All the best thank to.all of you Riad Rabat, I forget. The owner was very helpful while I contacted him regarding the birthday cake and changing the room for children.

I stayed at this place twice. One night at the beginning, and one night at the end of my trip to Morocco. It is conveniently located in the real (rather than touristy like Fes) Medina not far from the action and equally not far from vehicular access. It’s a small hotel with a simply furnished communal area. The rooms are simply furnished too with a comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. A simple breakfast is served downstairs whenever you arrive to have it. I guess in the summer you would be able to have breakfast on the deck. Staff are very friendly, greeting you with a mint tea on arrival . Very pleasant stays
