I stayed in Rabat for one night. Since I arrived late at night, there are sandwiches in the hotel kitchen that can be ordered and delivered directly to the room, which is convenient. First impressions good . Clean and tidy room with furniture that was not showing signs of wear but there were some features of the room that were rather strange , in particular the 'see-through' bathroom , no privacy for anyone using it , and the very sophisticated ( apparently) shower which no one in our party could work out how to use . Dinner and breakfast were not very exciting and the only beverage available was water . We did however have a good night's sleep , so not all bad !

Stayed here for two nights while traveling Morocco. Hotel looks like it was recently renovated. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Food in the restaurant was buffet style only, but there were many selections for breakfast. Room was average n size and decor. Bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Stayed one night whilst touring Morocco. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff ok. Didn't try the spa so couldn't comment. However the hotel was dry when we stayed, no bar/alcohol. We found the room small and facilities adequate. Couldn't comment on location as we arrived late afternoon, but when walking out at night felt a little uncomfortable. Breakfast just about OK, not everything ready when it was open.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The food is superb, attention to details and a great atmosphere. Rooms are specious and clean. The spa is great, and offers many treatments. Best of all is the room service, homemade delicious variety of food. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Simply put, you don't need an alarm clock. There is a construction site in front of your room window and heavy machinery nosies start well before 7AM. The reception said that they will do something about it, but did not receive any answer so I had to move to another location in the area.

I expected more from this hotel. The room was in need of a thorough deep clean. the bathroom had obvious stains and hairs, and even after notifying reception, only some were cleaned. Room key had a sticker with room number written in pen. Elevators are slow and make strange noises, was nervous about getting stuck each time. breakfast buffet was mediocre, there could have been more variety of fruit. The staff was polite but again surprised they didn't do much after pointing out the dirt in the bathroom. This is not a 4 star hotel.
