Was terrible experience I flew from the UK in order to meet my Wife in Rabat Was a very beautiful city but the experience in the hotel ruined it . I did not know i need to provide marriage certificate in order to book same room me and my wife I never came across such situation it was 1 am and I could not do much about it . The guy in the reception asked me if I can provide him with a copy sent by one member of my family in the morning and I said that's fine I will do that but he immediately changed his mind again saying you know what I'm still afraid this may not work They made me pay for supper ate room for her and the greedy thing is they charged me almost the double price of my original booking . My wife stood there with me in the reception nearly one hour trying to sort this issue we were genuinely very embarrassed they literally ruined our visit to Rabat plus the hotel is not even worth to be rated 5 star hotel

The service was good and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms and the facilities looked extremely out-of-date and old. This hotel needs full refurbishment and a complete redecoration.

Hôtel très loin d’un 5 étoiles… - Déco qui ne s’est pas renouvelé depuis les années 70 - Odeur de renfermé ou d’humidité dans les chambre - Murs en papier, on entend les enfants pleurer des autres chambres en pleine nuit - 4 chaînes de télé - Pas toujours sûr de pouvoir trouver des serviettes - 2 jus d’orange 150dh… - 8 transats à la piscine pour tout l’hôtel… En conclusion cet hôtel est très loin d’un 5 étoiles, mais le personnel reste malgré tout accueillant.

Mérite pas 5 étoiles. Hôtel propre, piscine à l’étage Tout est vieux mais fonctionnel. Oubliez insonorisation des chambres, j’étais vu mer, j’entendais tramway + voiture + voisin avec sa télé à 6.30.

Hôtel qui vieillie très mal. Refus de lit supplémentaire. Galerie marchande pratique. Belle vue et bon emplacement. Pas au niveau d un 5 étoiles max 4 et encore. Déçu pour le niveau de prix pratiqué.
