The hotel is very clean and modern. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are all from NEXU which is the only hotel providing such type of equipment in my Morocco trip.

To be precise, this hotel is much better than expected. I thought it was a very ordinary apartment, but it turned out to be a hotel. The design is relatively fashionable and simple, the corridors are very bright, and the rooms are not bad.

The room was quite big and well equipped. There were many places to eat and grocery stores nearby. I had breakfast at Starbucks, which seemed to be the only one open before 8 o'clock.

When I checked in, the hotel front desk informed me that the Ctrip agent had not yet transferred the money to them, but I could check in first. I notified Ctrip about this. Ctrip swore that the money had been transferred. The front desk opened their bank account in front of me and told me that the money had not been transferred at all. The front desk even threatened me that I might not be allowed to return to the room. I argued back and forth with Ctrip for a long time about this matter. When I entered and left the hotel, I was looked down upon by the front desk, as if I had not paid at all. Until I checked out, the hotel claimed that it had not received the money from Ctrip, but I could check out first. The whole process was very uncomfortable.

Good place, staff difficult to find
This was a pretty good place to stay in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The only real issue I had was reception staff not being available for long periods of time. Throughout my stay, my room key kept deactivating. Each time, I’d have to go downstairs to reception to get it reactivated. 2/3 times there was no one to be found. I had to wait for a combined few hours until someone showed up at the desk. I also called the hotel number, but the number was the front desk phone and no one was there to answer it. This was a little frustrating as it happened more than once, and the hotel said there would be someone available always from 9am-midnight.
