I spent one week here, positives, the staff are lovely and will help you as much as they can. The rooms are lovely. Negatives, we had the same breakfast every day, no menu, but if your an out sider then you get the menu. The outside pool looks lovely, first day went in there, not very good for children, there is no shallow end, best to get out by 11ish as the restaurant starts filling up with out-siders, who wants to be looked at! The hotel does not cater well for their clients, no privacy. Only 2 sun loungers! The inside pool was very cold, they do advertise a spa, it's in process, sauna and steam room. Overall I think the hotel is just a stop off for short trips and not very good for children. CM

A five stars hotel and centrally located does not live up to its expectations. Nothing works at first attempt, requests to staff need to be repeated several times (e.g. ordering breakfast, to unlock the door to leave the hotel before 9am in the morning) . The bathroom smells like sewer which also affects the experience of the room. The hotel requires to pay the full amount at check in but hen takes more than a day to issue the invoice. It’s just not a tightly run ship.

The White Palace is opulently decorated. The place is not quite finished and undergoing extensive renovations. The staff is very helpful and the owners very hospitable. The only downside for tourists is the location: at least 15’ cab ride to the major sites.

Everything about THE WHITE PALACE in Rabat was excellent. Rooms and facilities are elegantly furnished. Amenities and grounds were well thought out. The breakfast was delicious every time. Attention to detail by each staff member ensures a pampering and comfortable stay. Many thanks to the entire team for their professionalism and efficiency and a special thanks to the hotel owners, Mr. Abdullah Farhan and Ms. Hind Farhan for a nice reception. 🫶

The hotel from the outside is really beautiful, an big house with a beautiful garden and a big swimming pool,the style interior are a mix between old French style and modern. On the other hand, the organization of the hotel needs to be improved, at our arrive in Rabat the taxi didn’t know where this place was and we tried to called the hotel few times without any response. After more than 30 min in the late afternoon we finally made it to the hotel and upsetting find out they mistake our reservation so the room wasn’t ready for other 45 min. Breakfast was supposed to to start at 9am but we didn’t received anything for almost an hour. The staff is nice but the communication need to be improved.

I have been to so many 5 stars hotel in my life but this one is not at all a 5 stars. Receptions empty most of the times (I even waited 45 mins to talk with someone) so many broken things inside the room, breakfast starting from 9:00am but before 10:00 usually you can't eat. The hotel is not curated at all in the small details that makes the difference. It's a new place and I hope they will improve a lot of things. Good luck!

Great location, also fantastic view the service is "good", but just a small note that the guest house needs reception girls to welcome customers to the tables and also give all the information regarding the cafe and restaurant side

I don't often post reviews on the establishments I visit. But it was definitely worth it. We had a 7 day stay with my wife and children, and the latter was exceptional. The quality of service is extraordinary, attentive staff and above all a quality setting that is as soothing as it is breathtaking. The children were impressed by the unique architecture of the house and can't wait to return. I would like to personally thank the owners with whom my wife and less had the opportunity to interact, adorable and very professional. Hoping to be able to return as soon as possible to revisit this magical place. Hicham.
