I am extremely disappointed with my visit to White Palace Rabat, which does not reflect the standards of a 5-star establishment. • The café had only two inexperienced waiters, the service was very slow, and it took over 30 minutes to receive our drinks. • My mother requested whipped cream for her ice cream, but they didn’t have any. • My son ordered a brownie and received a chocolate cake instead. • My sister ordered mango juice, but it came mixed with orange juice. • I requested a blueberry cheesecake, which was never served. • I was served very hot avocado juice. • The menu is expensive, but the quality and service do not match the price. I reported these issues to the manager, who said it was “out of his hands.” This experience is completely unacceptable and far below what one would expect from a 5-star establishment.

Impressive looking boutique hotel, but has several problems to mark it 5*. No laundry (had to spend all morning doing washing in a small wash basin in the bathroom and hang it to dry on the terrace, quite unexpected for a hotel that markets itself as a luxury hotel); staff speaks very little English. Luckily, my husband speaks some French,otherwise communication would be very difficult. Has a restaurant, but hot food is served on cold plates. It markets itself as centrally located, but it is a long way from the centre, and the only way to get anywhere is by taxi, takes 10-15 min drive to the centre. We had to ask staff to order taxis, as the hotel is off the main road (which is good), so needed to wait for some time for taxis to arrive. The hotel has a good potential, but too far from the centre and is 4* at most.

This Hotel is not a 5 star rate
The facilities is not available , as shown in photo, the lounge are is close. The pool is located outdoor where restaurant customer can see if guest swims, theres insects floating anyway.
please remove the Spa in your website it is not available and it says Welcome drinks but theres none. The flowers are plastic and dusty at the reception and stairs area.

Absolutely beautiful property. But…. They advertise a spa, but have never opened it. They are mainly there for the restaurant that comes with the property. For business, it was inconvenient because I never had an actual breakfast. I had to leave at 8am for work and breakfast wasn’t out.

I spent one week here, positives, the staff are lovely and will help you as much as they can. The rooms are lovely. Negatives, we had the same breakfast every day, no menu, but if your an out sider then you get the menu. The outside pool looks lovely, first day went in there, not very good for children, there is no shallow end, best to get out by 11ish as the restaurant starts filling up with out-siders, who wants to be looked at! The hotel does not cater well for their clients, no privacy. Only 2 sun loungers! The inside pool was very cold, they do advertise a spa, it's in process, sauna and steam room. Overall I think the hotel is just a stop off for short trips and not very good for children. CM

The positives are the staff are lovely and very helpful, 5 stars to them. The rooms are lovely too.
The negatives are they only have 2 sun loungers for a hotel of 12 rooms, the pool is not suitable for young children as its one depth and for show as we noticed that after 11ish am the restaurant is open to outsiders and who wants to be looked at while in the pool and they are eating.
There is no where to relax in the sun, very disappointing especially when you are the one thats paid to stay there.
Be mindful that it seems a very popular restaurant to late evening.
There is an indoor pool which looks grand but very cold. The spa is up and coming and in process, maybe they need to explain this on their website, i would recommended this hotel for short stay and not a week like i had.

A five stars hotel and centrally located does not live up to its expectations. Nothing works at first attempt, requests to staff need to be repeated several times (e.g. ordering breakfast, to unlock the door to leave the hotel before 9am in the morning) . The bathroom smells like sewer which also affects the experience of the room. The hotel requires to pay the full amount at check in but hen takes more than a day to issue the invoice. It’s just not a tightly run ship.
