Reception staff is good. No drinking water provided in room, got to ask from reception and they didn't charge me. Shower head need to be fixed, no toothbrush and toothpaste as well. Towel need to change to new batch. Room isn't as good as in photo.

On arrival I was given room 308. This room looks out onto a busy road intersection. Even with the windows closed it was noisy. It was uncomfortably hot in the room because thr sun was streaming in during the afternoon. There were no instructions to operate the safe. This was a minor issue as was the TV which I couldn't get to work. There was only a bath, no shower. Running water into the bath was luke warm. After having gone out in the evening, I returned to an uncomfortably warm room. After complaining, a member of staff tried to set the air conditioning but to no avail. There was a loud, strange gurgling noise from above. After complaining again, I was moved to room 304 which was quiet, having a view of an inner courtyard. I slept ok. The bed was comfortable. The TV remote was missing from the room. Again, a minor issue. Breakfast was very poor with a limited range of things on offer. Another positive was the close proximity to the Line 1 tram stop about 300 metres away. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

To be improved. Service was not too professional, besides hotel is far too old to be considered at this rate. Location is great though. I will look for an alternative for this price since it was not cheap at all

Very dirty room Dust mites Very dirty towels with excrement residue Dirty and stained bedding No transparent curtains on the windows Sewage leak in the toilets In addition, they did not want to reimburse us, we stayed for an hour

I had a very pleasant stay. I was charmed by the architecture and the warmth of the place. Welcoming staff. Very refined Moroccan cuisine. Luxurious room. Close to all shopping centers and restaurants.

I really liked the hotel's location in the heart of Rabat's business district. Also, the cleanliness, and the room service, including the reception, was quite organized and good. The Moroccan welcome tea was exceptional compared to any other hotel I've ever experienced.
