我們實際上訂錯酒店了，我們要訂家庭的，這個酒店是成人的.後來到現場小哥熱情和我們解釋了，然後説給我們換到了family酒店，需要加220一晚，要麼換到他們的五星酒店，這樣小孩子才可以入住前（我們是二大一小），後來換了一個女的接待我們，不知道咋整的，後來就給我們免費了.
説幾點，這個價格是包括早餐，中餐和晚餐的，都是自助式的，比較豐盛！這裏的服務人員都很熱情，房間也比較乾淨！有小的游泳池，然後海里也有圈起來的類似跑跳的地方，離海邊很近，也很多人游泳，有躺椅等！還有很多室內適合小朋友玩的地方，非常適合度假，可惜我們因為時間緣故，衹呆了二天！這裏沒見到一個亞洲面孔，我們基本是稀有動物，因為這裏衹適合度假，不太適合打卡，當然拍照其實拍照也很漂亮，所以國人來的很少很少，最後一天5：30起來，看了日出，滿足了自己海上觀景的願望.總體算是蠻好的一個親子地方.PS:水是真的非常漂亮乾淨，朋友説他跑遍世界，還是覺得這裏的海最漂亮

The best vacation ever, everything was so perfect and everything is for children from animation to food and corner for kids during meals. Food is perfect, staff extremly polite and kind - grade 10 we will for sure come back

Unfortunately the reviews here are for the whole complex so it would depend on exactly where you stay as to how good your experience would be. We were all inclusive in the family block which really does cater for families with very small children. For us as a couple, however, we felt the food was of a poor quality,, there were restrictions and where you couldn’t couldn’t go. You were only allowed to use one buffet restaurant despite there being more than that in the complex. There was no bar as such at the pool, it was effectively a container containing a ladies and a gents toilet and the rest of it was a serve yourself Bar consisting of red wine, white wine and beer, all on tap. The beer was just about okay, both the wines were awful. They were tea and coffees as well and some soft drinks. No ice, if you wanted to slice a lemon well, you’re out of luck. Same arrangement in the buffet regarding drinks. There were only two of the bars you could use on the all-inclusive, one was in the kids zone but it’s still the same arrangements regarding drinks. The other was in an adjacent hotel at the rear overlooking a road. You did get served there, but it was still from the same pumps. There were cocktails available there, some were from tins, others were local spirits and the rum was absolutely disgusting Trying to end on a positive, the views were stunning and the staff were generally very helpful and the resort was very clean. We’ve paid a lot less than this in the area and got an awful lot better. It’s not a hotel we will ever return to.

Absolutely an INCREDIBLE location, with beautiful sea views. Resort was perfect, with GREAT staff, amenities and FOOD! Our room was spotless with everything needed for our and our pets stay! Breakfast every morning overlooking the sea, and a million dollar view of the stats every night from our balcony. DEFINITELY be back!

The basic idea is good, and the hotel is child-friendly. However, an enormous number of people were crammed into one area. Everything is very far apart and inconvenient. On the beach we couldn’t get a sunbed or find any shade even once. The pool was overcrowded every single time. The food in the Maro buffet restaurant was poor quality with a very limited selection. We actually avoided eating at the hotel whenever possible and went elsewhere. The drinks included in the All-Inclusive package weren’t good either, except for the coffee. The rooms are comfortable and very well designed, but we couldn’t enjoy our holiday because there was nowhere to relax comfortably. There was no service anywhere — you couldn’t even order a snack or a lemonade by the pool. But the most disturbing part was definitely the huge crowd. Just a few weeks earlier we stayed at another chain’s 5* hotel in Rijeka and had a completely different experience. In the end, we decided to go home a day earlier, simply because we couldn’t enjoy the holiday.

Congiere, restaurant staff, house keeping and actually all staff provide exceptional customer service!!!! The only iissue I had is with head office transfer team who booked shuttle taxi for the wrong day…… I ended waiting for 2 hrs for pick to the resort, staff at the resort more than made up for head office error 🌺🌼🌸
