Camping Residence Oliva

as part of a school trip with 160 students. the bungalows are quite basic with sheets that do not seem hygienic at all. To have hot water in the shower, you can dream. We were eating at the hotel across the street and the food was pretty good.

We chose this place because we arrived as a family with 2 camper vans and someone also needed a hotel room. It took a long time until we found 2 adjacent places for the camper vans. We had to walk back and forth between the place and reception several times. Communication at reception was bumpy but polite. Not everything is automated yet. The lady had to look in the booking book manually and walk down the wall with the slots for the places and then note down for us what was free. The numbers we asked for were supposedly reserved, but were then free for 2 weeks. The places are not all the same size and it takes time to get in a good position. Despite the holiday season, it was very quiet during the day and at night from around 10 p.m. The washroom was clean and was constantly checked. The cleaning ladies are very nice. Unfortunately there are no small toilets for children. Washing hands is also difficult for a 4-year-old. Our son just about managed to get over the edge. But then your arm isn't long enough to reach the soap and you don't have the strength to turn on the water tap. I even had to help a girl who was about 6 years old. Swimming is great because you can choose between several pools and the beach. Everything was well attended but not overcrowded. The WiFi doesn't work at all. Checkout is very convenient until 2 p.m. Late checkout costs €20. The HOTEL was very nice and clean. The food was very good, but you have to queue for a long time for some things. The service was very polite and they responded immediately to any problems.

Il posto ideale per rilassarsi nella splendida cornice di Rabac, nonostante il campeggio grande non c’era affollamento se non un po’ in spiaggia. Servizio mezza pensione molto buono se non solo per la qualità degli affettati a colazione, da migliorare leggermente ma il resto è molto molto buono

Il camping è perfetto ed è stato tutto bellissimo a parte la spiaggia, ma gli addetti della reception sono incompetenti e antipatici, volevano farmi pagare due volte insistendo sul fatto che io non abbia pagato (prenotazione online con addebito immediato) nonostante abbia fatto vedere la prenotazione e l’addebito in banca. Dopo mezz'ora all’interno si è accorto di aver sbagliato e non mi ha nemmeno chiesto scusa!!!!!

Wir fahren schon seid mehreren Jahren auf den Platz der unseren Ansprüchen sehr entspricht danke. Leider waren wir in diesem Jahr sehr endtäuscht als wir den Strand mit den vielen Liegen gesehen haben so das man einen Weg zum Meer suchen muss. Dadurch ist der schöne Blick von der Bucht leider sehr beeinträchtigt. Schade.
