酒店距離衢州古城很近，過一條街就到水亭門，出行方便。近期附近的街道進行施工，縣學路不能走，到北門古街和孔廟不是很方便，特別是在大太陽底下步行前往。酒店有庭院，房子造型前衞。客房主打簡約風格，衞生間有自動馬桶，燈光開關方便，但是掛衣服的地方不多不方便，房間裏有一個小冰櫃有免費的可樂和礦泉水。中央空調冷氣足，淋浴水不大。總體來説性價比高，一樓有個叫黑石日料店。衢州幾個打卡點集中，步行或打車方便。水亭門可觀看衢江兩岸的夜景。

很認真的評論幾個問題一下：一、親子房空調是對着孩子床的，希望可以改進一下，帳篷可以做一個全包，對着小孩床直接吹不太好，二、小孩床旁邊有一副掛畫，有是四個直角，距離小朋友床很近，特別容易撞到頭，我家已經被撞了一次，紅腫包，哎，三、馬桶的聲音特別的響，如果有家人半夜上不了廁所，超級無敵吵，小孩會被驚醒，四、小朋友的床跟大人的床是隔開來的，太小的寶寶就不方便，五、空調的顯示屏，希望可以遮一下，一整晚都是直接對着小朋友的床，晚上睡覺全程很亮，本來還有一個問題，但是服務員已經把我們解決了，我就不説了，服務員的態度都還可以，謝謝

整體來説房間還可以吧，優點的話比如説房間的衞生氣味，馬桶空調都是不錯的，但是也有不好的地方，特別是讓人吐槽的就是淋浴，這一塊水時冷時熱的，然後那個水壓也不大，反正洗起來很不痛快。還有前台跟我説給我升級了房型，我後來一看升級了個寂寞

酒店設施看着很新，但是裏面很一般，剛入住就發現毛巾是臟的，衞生間牆面上不知名液體，好惡心，房間內的浴室和衞生間從外面看到裏面清清楚楚，但是裏面看外面就是模糊的。很不方便。還有就是提供的紙巾好少根本不夠用，另外就是空調聲音很響。

地理位置:房間離水亭門很近，逛街，吃飯非常方便
停車:有停車場，提前登記停車免費，離酒店走路三分鐘
洗衣:有洗衣機，烘乾機，可以晾曬
房間:隔音效果可以説非常差了，一天隔壁一家嗨到到凌晨3點，另一天嗨到12點多，敲牆提醒了下，才得已安靜，喜歡安靜的不太推薦
服務:前台小姐姐有輪班制，前台電話應該是總機，客房部電話不在前台，第一次在打客房部電話送的衣架.洗了衣服發現衣架不夠，不好意思讓人送，自己去前台借用衣架，前台讓回房間打電話，回房間電話線應該是接觸不好，沒法打，手機撥打前台電話，前台就不耐煩了，因為白天一家出去玩兒水，洗的衣服比較多，應該是借的比較多（十來個，乾洗店一次性衣架），對借衣架這件事情不太滿意吧。以後出門還是記得自己帶上吧
前台提醒床單有斑點，説床單已換，如果洗不掉要賠錢，確實是沒有注意到，前台不説不知道這個事，後面想了下應該是孩子過敏，塗抹了爐甘石洗劑，睡覺的時候可能蹭到床單上了。第二天一開門打掃的大姐又説了一次如果洗不掉這個賠錢的事，不過住了這麼多酒店，這還是第一家，讓人不是很愉快！當然如果真是我們的原因洗不掉，該賠付還是應該賠付。
最後退房的時候忘記了衣服，謝謝前台小姐姐及時打電話告知

再去衢州，這次終於訂到個特別合心水的酒店，媽媽住得也很開心舒服☺️
衞生很乾凈，酒店門口到房間都是乾乾淨淨的，處女座媽媽都挑不出毛病嘻嘻。
不得不説，很值得住一下這個套房，很舒服，窗外直接能看到天王塔，風景很好。關鍵是房間裏這個橙色的沙發，真的👍👍👍不誇張，跟老媽兩個人腰都有點毛病，躺上這個沙發巨舒服… 能撐住腰，坐着也很舒服，回家立馬也買了張…🥰 房間很乾凈整潔，窗户這裏拍照📷也很出片。衞生間是智能馬桶，就是空間再大點就好了。
環境：就在水亭門對面，幾步路，很方便，外面回來打車到水亭門就行，周邊吃的很多，便利店葯店啥都有，樓下的餐廳也很好吃啊啊，推薦西式和日式肥豚拉麪，傍晚還能就近去水亭門聽聽戲散散步。
