When I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was really different from the pictures. There was no serious and bright lobby. The lights were dim and bright red and green. I thought I was in a nightclub. The front desk staff was completely unaware. I marked it as a room for two people and required two people. When I asked for a room card, the front desk told me that since there is only one room card for a full room, the guests need to come in and out at the same time. Is this reasonable? Later, he got annoyed because he had to swipe at the front desk for the elevator to go to any floor, so he finally gave me one. The hotel's fitness room was cramped, and the facilities were damaged and no one was repairing them, so they couldn't be used normally. During this period, there was no response from the waiter when I pressed the doorbell or called the phone, making it impossible to get in or out. Guests are required to swipe their cards to use the elevator. How do the delivery staff on different platforms get up and down? There is no extra working elevator. The room attendant is asked to squeeze in and stuff the working cart into the passenger elevator. Is it so unprofessional? The entire passenger elevator smelled of cigarettes. What was even more outrageous was that at 11 or 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, there were deliverymen delivering food to different rooms. The sound of opening and closing the door was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The management was chaotic. For safety reasons, I strongly disagree. It is recommended for single beautiful girls to stay here as personal safety is extremely unsafe. Let’s talk about breakfast. There are very few varieties and instant coffee. Doesn’t it hurt your conscience to charge extra for such breakfast? The fruit delivered was still rotten and smelled of mold. The sound insulation effect of the room is very poor, you can clearly hear the voices next door When checking out, the front desk was unwilling to come out and told me that the room card was thrown away at the front desk! I have never experienced such a bad check-in experience, so I ask you why you are rated as a four-star hotel. Did you draw it yourself? Strongly not recommended! ! ! ! Not recommended! ! ! !

自駕路過衢州，在我一向信任的攜程網上找到了性價比這麼高的開元名庭酒店，真的很滿意。 服務也非常好，從客房的服務人員到餐廳煎蛋的阿姨，耐心熱情，有禮貌。 很舒服，房間很乾凈，超值👍👍下次過來的話還要住這裏。

國慶提早定的套房，三晚1500不到，性價比拉滿:兩個房間，一個房間是榻榻米的單人床，一個房間是雙人床，適合有娃的家庭。酒店每天都送了水果酸奶。早飯蠻好吃的，品種比較豐富！周邊有剛開張的銀泰，鹿鳴公園，從禮賢橋直接走過去就是水亭門，散步晃蕩很不錯。

房間很大整潔舒適，床上用品也不錯，就是放物品的地方少點，早餐也不錯，餐廳乾淨整潔，菜品味道不錯。希望無煙房的味道淡點不要太刺鼻。
