樓下就是KTV，很吵
打電話諮詢前台説延時退房可以延時到五點，但是不説要扣一百按金，離店時提出質疑還反問我哪個酒店可以免費延時到五點😅攜程後台都有錄音的還拒不承認，就這服務態度還是儘早整改吧
最後在攜程客服的幫助下收到了賠償，但是前台依舊不承認自己未描述清楚延時退房如何收費的事實，也不知道有錄音還在嘴硬什麼
對這種收費情況不清不楚的酒店大家還是避雷吧，真不缺這一百但是也真影響心情👎🏻

環境：超級方便，樓下很熱鬧，離水亭門景區超近打車起步價，走路十分鐘左右。附近很多商場，超級nice。
衞生：蠻乾淨的，唯一可惜的是我們樓上在施工，還是有些些吵得，可以接受吧。
衢州三天兩晚總的來説住的還是很好的。

酒店位置很不錯，下樓不遠有文化街也有孔府，還有步行街。入住體驗不好，5樓是ktv，7/8樓是酒店，樓下是鬧市區車水馬龍，房間完全不隔音（包括窗户和門）前半夜樓下車水馬龍ktv聲音，後半夜隔壁聊天聲音隔壁開關門聲音。房間煙味非常大。

酒店位置很好，樓下就是國金，吃喝很方便。去水亭門景區/孔廟/衢州博物館等景點步行即可。一分利小老汪就在酒店對面的弄堂裏，步行兩分鐘就到啦，下回來衢州還住這裏。
