This is my third time staying in this hotel. The environment, facilities and price are all acceptable. The only thing that shocked me was that when I checked in for the third time, the front desk suddenly said in front of my companions that since this was my third time staying in this hotel, they would not charge me a deposit. I can understand their good intentions, but wouldn't it be embarrassing if I didn't stay with the same person the first two times? I stayed at this hotel for the third time because I was satisfied with it, but the front desk did this to me. I really don't know what to say.
