賓館位置不錯，走一分鐘就到公交站，可以乘公交往火車站和衢州府城。老闆夫婦一家人都誠懇情切，每次見面都打招呼問候，入住和退房順速。房間清潔衛生，設備齊全，有坐厠。賓館設施只欠電梯，此乃一般賓館作風。推荐大家入住此賓館。
