訂的雙床房，衞生出乎意料的好！水亭門景區內的木質房子，門店招牌很醒目，很好找。一樓是文創店和咖啡廳，也有房間。個人建議訂二樓的房間，不會那麼吵，現在大家素質都很高，木頭🪵結構的房子是不隔音的，睡覺的時候很清晰的能聽到隔壁兩夫妻聊天的聲音，持續一段時間敲了幾下牀板就安靜了 放完行李去景區閑逛，臨時下了點雨，回來讓孩子上樓拿傘，我就坐在一樓咖啡廳的位置等他，服務員很不客氣的説要消費才能入坐，我説我住這裏的，等下就走。服務員臉色有點不高興😒真的很影響心情💢其他都很好

在步行街上的門面，幾十米就是水亭門，這幾天晚上都有很棒的表演，車子要停在邊上的停車場，也很近。大樹下前門進來就是咖啡甜品和文創，有些毛絨飾品是尼泊爾的原材料，還是很特別的，店員很奈斯，顏值出奇得高。進士巷的獨棟房間是老屋改造而來，外觀特別原汁原味，裏面佈局合理，床品很舒服，枕頭軟硬高低適中。還有一個獨立的小庭院，天氣不錯，可以品茗吹水，打牌喝酒，為五一假期最後一天的旅行劃上愜意的句點。

很少寫差評。5.2去衢州旅遊，漲價到472。
第一，房間超級不隔音，隔壁説話能聽見。我們住2樓，樓下院子是一個打卡點，8點多鐘就有遊客打卡拍照，説話很大聲。如下圖。
2.房間超級小，超級小，不要被圖片騙了。
3.坐在馬桶上，空調在滴水。
4.窗户是內窗，也很小。再也不會選擇了。
5.空調聲音超級大。

位置很好，就在水亭門裡麪，離城門也很近，夜景很漂亮，但木質的房子隔音真是太差了，特別是住一樓，晚上一點鐘，樓上的走路聲響的就像天花板要掉下來一樣，咯吱咯吱聲，非常非常響

來到衢州來玩，決定選擇住民宿更好的體驗本地的風土人情，一眼就喜歡上了這裏，這家民宿的管家服務態度特別好，交談十分愉快。
1:説説總體感受，非常棒的入住體驗，一家咖啡廳和民宿相結合的新型民宿，房東很熱情好客，房間乾淨整潔，給人一股清新自然的感覺。
2:性價比很高，民宿位於衢州風景點水亭門街道主幹道上，環境優美，店內隨便一角都是拍照的好地處，房間温馨自然。我覺得還是很划算的。:這邊雖然是老城區，但是周邊還是很方便的，該有的設施都有。
