Great location, nicely designed rooms. Japanese restaurant was excellent, and a good Chinese breakfast… be prepared to provide your own coffee, if that’s important to you.

管家珍珍非常盡心，提前聯繫我們問是否有需要注意的事項，考慮到我們有長者和孩子，還給我們房間升級了家庭房。酒店環境非常好，古典園林類的，員工也很好，周邊離老城牆和景區步行距離不到十分鐘，遊玩衢州的話非常推薦。

前台露露服務非常好，非常的好，很熱情，給我推薦了衢州很多特色小吃和定位，衢州小吃太美味了，下次還會來，衞生也很乾凈，房間也不錯，離各個景點都很近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的，來衢州很推薦這家！

這應該不叫酒店叫民宿 連經理啥都沒有都是員工是嗎 想喊個負責人跟我談員工都是猶猶豫豫 晚上十一點想洗澡 沒熱水三番五次來調熱水搞到凌晨也沒熱水 來的人是沒穿工作服 等到我發火了開始給我換房退錢（結果沒退錢） 換房淋浴水小的可憐 床頭插頭還沒電 停車場也都是充電樁位置 停車位前面被充電樁欄桿佔住小的可憐 建議別把車停這 大車都是通常車身停不進在線內的 第二天就被別車刮掉漆 讓酒店調監控查從承諾當天能解決到一拖再拖第二天都沒解決 這服務真是不配叫酒店 真是住這就沒順利過一件事 破財消災

環境很好，還有免費的停車場；地理位置很優越 走幾步路就到水亭門了；寶寶在酒店裡玩了很久好久，前台的小姐姐露露服務態度好且專業，還給了寶寶很多魚食喂小魚🐟。辦好入住以後還有專人負責拿行李到房間，早上還有自助早餐；房間環境也不錯，推薦👍

出差衢州，因為很喜歡水亭門，特意挑選了附近的衢府酒店，整個酒店裝修古樸典雅，大氣上檔，前台服務的小姐姐們熱情周到，温婉爾雅，房間乾淨衞生，早餐品種雖然不像大酒店豐富，但也具有當地特色，推薦了朋友們來入住。

早餐的品種多樣，中西皆備。早餐環境極好，尤其是坐在室外玻璃平台上，能見魚翔淺底，遠望紅楓遊廊。即使不外出遊玩，在此坐半日也值得。

地理位置很好，出門就是景區。早餐太差了，相對於價格不應該提供這麼差的早餐呀。水果就是整個橘子，連外面的包裝袋都沒有拆的橘子，真是第一次見到。每個餐桌上連紙巾都沒有。衞生也不行，一樓公用衞生間沒人清理打掃，好多方面需要加強，不然白瞎了這麼個好地段。
