這是𠆤新開業的老牌酒店，酒店的位置及佳，周邊環境優美宜人交通便利。客房設施非常完善，特別要點讚的是酒店的工作人員服務態度真的很好從門廳的接待小哥哥到前台的小妹妹態度和藹可親，大堂經理鄭柳美親自為我們升級了房型真的讓我喜出望外很滿意開心。這個酒店整體的裝修風格是明快讓人賞心悦目，非常乾淨清爽這可能是新開業的原因吧，保潔阿姨的工作也很勤快對客人的態度很好主動打招呼，這個酒店真的不錯。

來衢州看音樂節無意間發現的寶藏酒店。前台辦理入住很熱情，知道是來旅遊的還給了自製的旅遊攻略。出行遊玩和用餐都有攻略到，棒棒👏🏻👏🏻周邊綠化很好，空氣清新。晚上散步回來，一路上蛙聲陣陣，十分有趣。下次有演唱會還來

帶着孩子來衢州玩。提前還有小姐姐打電話給我確認有沒有特別需要準備的，這點挺好。衹是我快到酒店時候下的單，她們電話來的時候我都到大堂了😂小姐姐態度很好。房間沒有太多味道，大堂充滿着香氛的味道～問了下房數不是很多，所以地下停車位也有限。想提一下現在電車那麼多，酒店不考慮加裝嗎？
總而言之，此行還是很滿意的

房間挺大的。整體設計風格屬於現代風，酒店位置非常好，鬧中取靜，離孔廟，儒學館，博物館都很近，邊上就是大學城，酒店員工都非常有禮貌，會主動和住店客人打招呼，這個小舉動還是蠻加分的，不愧是南派孔文化傳承地，總的來説這家酒店還是值得推薦的

1. 裝修問題嚴重：
酒店大堂及公共區域正在裝修，噪音大且灰塵多，嚴重影響入住體驗。
房間內裝修氣味刺鼻（疑似甲醛超標），即使開窗通風仍難以忍受，對健康造成隱患。
2. 衞生狀況糟糕：
過道地毯明顯臟污，甚至有異味，疑似長期未清潔，顯得酒店管理極度懈怠。
3. 未開放游泳池
4. 地理位置不便：
地處偏僻，周邊無餐飲、便利店，交通不便，連打車都困難。
5、前台服務冷淡，不滿意就走，不幫忙解決問題
6、除了鐵胃，否則早餐千萬不要嘗試，拉肚子，拉的你找不到馬桶！
總結：從硬件到服務均未達到基本標準，性價比極低。建議消費者謹慎選擇，也希望酒店方立即整改

掛牌洲際毫不過分。中餐廳菜品在線，酒店真的很新，年齡優勢無敵了。在服務方面感覺培訓還是有一些沒落地，但如果按照皇冠假日的標準也沒任何問題反而很好，再提升一下服務建議直接原地摘牌上洲際。

很不錯的一家酒店，很新，每個房間都有空氣凈化器。窗户打開着保持空氣流通，完全沒有異味。
環境：整體環境很好，房間乾淨整齊！
服務：酒店的服務理念應該很好，從入住前的電話諮詢有什麼需求，到歡樂時光的帥哥孫陽，（看到我們帶了小孩吃不了行政樓的偏辣晚餐準備離開時，主動給我們提供打包盒，給我們的寶寶拿了糕點和水果）讓我們倍感貼心。離開時酒店又特意給我們準備了很有特色的冰箱貼。細心、耐心的聽取我們對酒店的意見。
新酒店的性價比超高！以後有機會到衢州還會選擇這家酒店！
