設施：很新，居住很不錯的體驗。房間的大浴缸真的不錯，孩子很喜歡。
衞生：乾淨整潔，香香的。
環境：很安靜，旁邊就是河，可以散步，帶娃看看風景真的很不錯。
服務:很周到，有事都能找到她們，後面退款的事情也處理的很好。

可以説到酒店就想給好評，環境很不錯比我想象的好太多，自助入住方便快捷，進房間就是個大落地窗，超級有氛圍感，玩累了還在酒店投屏上看了電影，離水亭門很近，走路十分鐘左右，總之很值得。

無論是價格和地點服務店面裝修都特別滿意，到哪裡都近，附近很多好吃的，外賣可以送上樓，離孔廟走路就十幾分鍾，老闆人也特別好，每天都有做衞生，超大投影，窗外就是樹，房間很大很好看，反正就是性價比超高，因為住的舒服又多加一天，住了三晚

房間都還不錯 位置離水亭門很近 走路15分鐘不到 民宿就在小河邊 風景很好
打車儘量打到下街大勝煙酒那邊 導航新河沿那邊有時候導航就停了 要自己走幾分鐘進去
房間空間很大 是自助入住的酒店 但是微信回覆也很及時

自助式辦理挺有意思的。房間很大很整潔，也很安靜。早晨拉開窗簾看到的是一片綠意盎然，還驚喜地看到了幾衹小松鼠在樹上玩耍。家裡人都誇獎這個民宿選的好！

定房間之前看到評價和圖片覺得裝修還不錯是花了心思的，環境説在鬥譚公園邊上，實際到了之後發現就在河邊小區樓下的門面房改造的，小路上比較冷清，鬥譚公園環境也一般
再説我定的這個房間，進門就一股很重的黴味，聯繫老闆説是因為最近比較潮房間裏濕氣比較重所以有黴味，拿了空氣凈化器沒日沒夜工作又開了空調但效果一般，房間裏一直有味道衞生間下水也有味道，所以這兩天整個體驗感都很差，但又無法解決，不知道是不是就我定的這個房間的問題還是因為老小區門面房改造所以有這個通病，房間內牆角也出現多處發黴脱落的地方，衞生一般
房間內空調設定也是個大問題，不開有點冷颼颼的，開到21度風力最小的熱風晚上又能熱醒，所以也搞不懂這個空調該怎麼開，怎麼都不舒服
服務上因為是自助式的所以也體會不到什麼服務，但是聯繫老闆之後也有在積極解決黴味的問題，可惜是房間的問題，倒也不是服務的問題
説實話整個民宿裝修改造應該是花了心思的，但這個地方應該基礎不太好，原先房子就是比較陰的下水又不好所以味道有點重，位置走到水亭門不算很遠，但這條小路就是比較冷清，看起來不太繁華，適合喜靜的人
