帶家人出來旅遊，臨時訂的房間，沒想到房間很大，很乾凈，裝修新，隔音好。到的有點晚，前台給我們免費升級了房間，還送了早餐券，早餐很豐富，全家人都很滿意。

酒店環境優美，打車也方便，房間衞生打掃得很到位，有機器人送外賣到房間門口，很智能化，服務也好，點贊！我們是自駕遊的，電車充電也很方便，門口樓下停車位很多！

1-酒店旁邊有KTV,唱歌到晚上一點，聲音巨響，有錄音但是無法上傳。2-電視無法關閉一直亮着3-前台溝通太差，一直不肯更換房間4-值班經理穿個背心短褲來房間解決問題，第一句話就問怎麼了你是警察嗎？不會用敬語？5-保安也同樣語氣6投訴後保安送房卡，穿和背心褲衩沒有制服嗎？7-入住詢問過前台，要安靜，沒有告知晚上會很吵，給的解釋是他們已經和ktv交涉過，不會很吵到不可接受8-給出處理方案是a換房間b賠償50元，我提出的退款幫我重新預訂其他酒店的要求無法滿足9馬桶蓋異位，夾大腿肉
