服務人員態度很好，也幫助解決問題，是最大的亮點了。設施：馬桶是壞的，門的防盜鏈是壞的，門的反鎖是壞的，應該壞了好久了，沒有想着修一修，雖説比周邊便宜，但並沒有便宜多少。最讓人崩潰的是蟲子🐛，一共四衹，如圖兩衹，房間裏的蟲子聲此起彼伏，它要是在一個地方呆著就算了，它會飛，會到處跑，跑到床墊和牀板的隔層叫，它一叫振的床墊也在響，我聽着它從床墊出來，飛到床頭板，它不是常規的蚊子和蒼蠅，這種無所謂，這個蟲子🐛振翅的聲音在我腦袋邊一直不斷，擔心它飛進我被窩或我頭上，衹能鑽進被窩，防止它進來，窗户上，衞生間的蟲子一直在叫，上個廁所也不敢上，住這個房間睡了兩個小時，為什麼兩個小時，12點開始睡，做噩夢醒了。做了兩個小時噩夢，內容是什麼呢，蟲子爬了我的兩衹腳，怎麼甩都甩不掉。有人直接進來我的房間，我問她為什麼進來我房間，她一言不合直接拿刀砍我，我的胳膊被砍的都是血。這次住店經驗是以後不住尾房，訂前認真看網評，不存僥倖心理。

剛來房卡不能用，在三樓上下三次。
房門鏈條安全鎖沒有，門把手下方能掰動的安全鎖掰不動，衹能搬牀頭櫃擋住後門。
不知道哪裡傳來音響唱歌聲音到晚上十一點
工作人員態度好，麻煩完善設施，雖然攜程補貼後住到這裏。
