Facility problems, the room is powered off once in a few minutes, and the air conditioner and TV need to be turned on manually. The maintenance personnel have to come and fix it three times. It is still the same. Room for hotel. From the beginning of maintenance to the unbearable check-out, no one of the service staff proposed a plan to change the room, and I was too lazy to take the initiative to mention it.

致力於展現最真實的情況，豪華標間設施還是可以的，乾淨，裝修比較豪華的風格，環境不錯，後花園可以停大巴，前台很耐心檢查身份證什麼都很仔細，感覺比較心安，打發票這些都還是很快的，按金差不多一間200，退房後全退了。早點豐富，西瓜很好吃！有阿姨煮米線很耐心，整體裝修乾淨豪華，房間好像40平，很寬，衞生可以，下面有個小花園，

房間好大，還有陽台！周邊環境好，地下免費停車方便！各項服務、早餐也很用心！就是開始入住時，因網絡原因換房間，
要自己下樓換卡，有改善空間。

其它都還行，就是床上用品太老舊了，鋪蓋太硬了，力氣小點的怕是拉都拉不動。早餐服務員好。還有就是房間裏放了很對東西都要收費，放的太多給人不舒服的感覺。

吹風機壞的，電話壞的，房間東西也臟，一瓶礦泉水2塊錢，按金收你300，退你13.8，打電話去問才説給你退錯了，不知道我電話，就沒通知我。旁邊的維也納國際酒店、福邦錦江國際酒店好實在太多，價格還差不多。

我辦理入住不到兩小時房間的東西都沒有動，有事要退房，跟前台商量收半天房費都不行，而且我是攜程會員是免按金的，去他們酒店就必須要叫按金，服務態度非常的差，根本沒有一點服務意識，這樣的服務以後誰還會去住，還是需要改善服務
