到酒店很晚了，辦好入住進房間，預訂的1間大床房，1間雙床房。我帶着孩子住的大床房，衞生間不是淋浴房，衹拉了一個簾子，洗澡有很多水沾在外面地上。入住的時候孩子已經睡著了，第二天早上我帶孩子去雙床房洗澡（標間的房間照片衞生間是淋浴房，大床房沒有衞生間照片），結果發現標間的淋浴房也是拉的簾子，這就與放的照片不一致。
退房的時候我問前台，怎麼標間衞生間淋浴房和照片不一樣，前台回答，我們照片都是實拍的，房間都是和圖片一樣的。我説整個4樓現在很多房間開着門打掃衞生，除了給我的2個房間，其他開着門的房間我都看了，不管是大床還是標間，都是淋浴房。前台回答“那我不太清楚，一會我上去看一下”。請問一個前台難道不知道房間有不一樣的？？？然後她説你發現房間不一致，入住的時候可以説，我説我訂的舒適大床衹放了一張房間的圖片並沒有衞生間的照片，我是今天早上才發現長者住的標間與照片不一致。
她查了我訂單給我説，你訂的舒適大床是臨街的，我們還給你升級成了商務大床，是不臨街的更安靜。那我請問給我升級後的商務大床你們放的照片衞生間也是淋浴房，也跟我住的房間有出入。而且入住的時候並沒有給我説升級了房間。等於升級了房間我就該跪謝，不去追究是吧！更氣人的是，她説從來沒有客人反應淋浴房與照片不一樣的問題，以後你訂什麼房間就給你什麼房間！！！我帶着孩子長者住，乾濕分區是是我最在意的！第一次遇到這種你説一句她懟一句的前台，這麼差的態度，不知道怎麼當上前台的！！！

物美價廉，就是房間面積小，其他的都還可以，畢竟價格不貴，乾乾淨淨的，路上下高速去住一晚，非常不錯，我對這個酒店的印象非常好。房間很乾凈，設施齊全，地理位置方便
