The service is so bad. The supply of mineral water is limited to 2 bottles. After repeated communication, I reluctantly agreed to send a few more bottles. The charge is expensive. How much does one bottle of water cost? The lobby manager apologized and said he would understand the situation. I stayed for 2 nights. From the first day, he complained about the poor service and said he would improve it. To this day, it is still the same and there is no sense of experience at all.

Next to the hotel is a park, in the old city, far from Qujing North Station. The lobby of the hotel is very comfortable, there are a lot of flowers, the environment is good, the breakfast has many varieties, but the taste is average, I hope to improve the quality. In addition, the room is small, and the shower head in the room is not very easy to use, and the water flow is very small.

Breakfast is ok, service is good. That is, the quilt and the pillow are not good. The quilt uses the same quilt all year round. In summer, the thick quilt is not good. I hope that the quilt can change with the seasons. The pillow was soft and there was no support, and I had a terrible headache after sleeping. Overall it is good, but the bedding is really bad.

非常不錯的住房體驗，晚上睡覺很安靜，小朋友很滿意，窗户外面就是公園，安靜，風景好。床軟硬適中，睡覺💤很舒服，前台的小姐姐服務很好，我們晚上十點過到的酒店，小朋友看到暖心銀耳湯和水果心情特別好，希望下次再來這個酒店。早餐很不錯，吃到了很多美味的當地特色，洱絲，小點心，走的時候還給帶了伴手禮，情緒價值拉滿。

不得不説酒店環境是真好，尤其是服務態度真的好好，旁邊就是寥廓公園，離市中心也很近，對於帶着兩歲寶寶中轉曲靖一天的人來説，石林酒店是最好的選擇，帶寶寶在寥廓山和218廣場轉轉，曲靖的一天也就值了!辦入住時前台小姐姐給寶寶送的小禮物和酒店特製的果茶，讓這次的行程更加圓滿!！！！！！！

酒店整體設計簡潔細緻，前檯及大廳工作人員主動熱情、客房保潔阿姨知道我們要出遊會主動提供兩瓶礦泉水（雖然不是多少錢的事）但很貼心的體察到住房的需求，早餐是特別的多元且豐富（至2/21出遊住五星級酒店中最棒的早餐）每天都會改變菜色，謝謝酒店提供的服務！謝謝🙏！
