先説設施和衞生吧，走進房間第一時間就撲面而來的是衞生間的尿騷味。入口就能聞見。站在裏面上廁所得憋氣。其次晚上冷靠路邊車多比較吵就去關窗户。結果紗窗壞了沒換還卡着外面的玻璃無法拉進來鎖止。 其次就是水龍頭出水，早上起來一打開全是泥水不管是洗臉水龍頭還是淋浴區。放了10分鐘終於出乾淨水了，結果出水量非常小。水量小也就算了結果放了半小時一點熱水都沒有！這樣的情況在入住當晚就出現，導致沒洗澡，第二早説應該有熱水了吧。可是還是沒熱水。結果本次入住全程沒洗澡。最後淋着冷水洗了個頭。 再次是服務，從當天下午6點半入住到第二天退房全程沒人告知沒有熱水的情況。第二天退房問前台怎麼沒有熱水，前台輕描淡寫的一句：可能是熱水泵壞了吧。這我就不明白了，有沒有壞前台不知道嗎？入住不告知客户是怕客户退訂單嗎？入住了也不提醒客户注意？ 最後心想算了吧一個晚上沒熱水去吃個早餐總該有熱食吧。結果去到餐廳要了一碗煮餌絲，阿姨一臉不情願説，我們快下班了。要等一下，你等不得就吃別的吧。這意思是我求着吃了？ 就這服務我衹能給這麼個評價。

前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，我的車是三點的，跟前台溝通了一下延遲退房，本來還擔心不會答應呢，沒想到小姐姐非常爽快的就答應了，房間設施也是非常貼心，有個小夜燈的設計，半夜起床燈就會自動亮起，真的好貼心。十分推薦大家都來入住體驗。
