Neemran's Three Waters is tucked around a fisherman cove in Betul. We loved the location for the beauty it offers. Looking at the dark clouds and the endless rains from the balcony of Coral room was an absolute luxury. The moist air breathes in a layer of freshness. Mr. Yadav and his team made everything possible to make our trip a memorable one. Thanks to the entire Neemrana team ! We would love to visit again.

Great service by Kosal, Surender, Sonia and the entire Neemrana team made our 3 night stay comfortable and personalised. Being off-season the boutique property was almost empty which added to the charm of the place. Great place for people who want to stay far from the madding crowd. Lovely views, serene waters, cosy rooms, freshly served breakfast all contributed to us enjoying the peace and the natural beauty of the place. It’s at the end of South Goa so ideal for a getaway from the vibrant and bustling Goa. Lovely place to just relax and read a book doing nothing! No disruptions or family zones with games etc that can get noisy, we liked that even more.

I went to Neemrana Three Waters for a week of complete rest and found not only that it was the most perfect hotel imaginable for such a low key holiday but that the entire staff treated me like a maharaja. And during an entire week I got to know them very well from Kosal Yadav, the manager, to Surender Yogi, the waiter in the restaurant, to Farukh Khan, the driver, and - importantly - Brenda Valadares, the chef, who cooked the most superb meals to order, no matter whether they were on the menu or not. For anyone who wants a low key holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of Goa, this must surely be the best choice available.

There were 11 of us and the entire staff were really welcoming, helpful and lovely. We enjoyed having the place to ourselves. The food is great. The area is beautiful. Kosal, Sonia, Surinder, the chef Ramesh, Surinder and the housekeeping staff ensured the family was well taken care of. It's a peaceful location. The rooms are very comfortable. Only our loo had a bit of a smell when the exhaust was left on but other than that we enjoyed our two night stay.

We had a lovely week-long stay at the Neemrana’s Three Waters. Our room (Coral) offered the best views of the confluence of the river Sal and the Arabian Sea. The services rendered by the staff (Chef, Mr. Surinder & Ms. Sonia) made the stay comfortable and memorable. They ensured that our stay was as personalised and relaxed as possible. Food was to our liking—simple and delicious. We would definitely be coming again!

I just got back from a stay at Neemrana’s Three Waters Resort, and wow, what a perfect escape! The place is absolutely breathtaking nestled between shimmering water, rolling hills, and lush greenery that instantly melts your stress away. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms? Spacious, cozy, and with views so stunning I could have stared out the window all day. The whole vibe was pure peace, no noise, no hustle, just calm. We spent our days wandering, curling up and just soaking in the serene beauty all around. If you are craving a nature-filled reset, I can’t recommend this place enough!
