My trip to Ecuador ran into numerous snags just getting there, and multiple flight delays that pushed me back a full day on arriving. Things kept changing on my end, and the staff worked with me through every change, making sure I had a place to stay on arrival. Plans changed so many times I can't count them. The staff kept up with these changes with friendly texts letting me know that things would work out on their end. They did. When I finally made it, tired and frustrated from a long trip and all the difficulties, I was welcomed with a warm smile, a clean room, and a comfortable bed. And a great breakfast the next morning. They were a tremendous help, and I cannot say enough kind words about them. I left smiling. I would absolutely stay here again. We stayed here for about 12 hours during an overnight layover back to the US. The hotel is a short taxi drive away from airport and Patricia, the owner, was very nice. The inside was really nice as well.
